Fabulous stay-highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent, our room was spacious and comfortable and overlooking the beautiful river which was fantastic. The beds were also very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and there was tea and coffee in the room. There was a bath as well as a shower in the bathroom which was great after a long day exploring.
There was the option to have a massage in the hotel.

Cons:

Some loud guests and staff in the hallway of the hotel, early in the morning during ‘silence hours’.

I booked the hotel in part because it had a spa. but it was only massages that were available to book and they were expensive compared to other spas just around the corner in the immediate area.

Great location, but window design could be better.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was also fine, although it could have more options.

Cons:

We stayed in room 406. While it is on the river side of the hotel, the window design in this room is poor, I mean it's so high that you have to stand up to be able to see outside. This is a pity for that great location. I think some other rooms had better window frameworks.
Another downside was the lack of bedside electricity sockets for charging phones.

Pros:

Fabulous hotel, my room looked out over the river and looked just like the pictures. The view was gorgeous. Large room. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. I would visit again.

Cons:

One tip, if you have a river having room, bring some earplugs, it can be noisy in the evenings. I would still choose that exact room again though.

Pros:

The room was very big, the bed very comfortable. The room had view to the front of the hotel (not to the canal) and it was very quiet. We also reveived a very good chocolate cake as welcome gift. The staff at the reception very nice. The hotel is in the old city, a great area for food and drinks. A very pleasant stay!

There are no electrical outlets near the beds

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Iso, valoisa huone joelle päin. Hienot näkymät ikkunasta. Leveä sänky. Runsas ja todella hyvä aamiainen. On mahdollista syödä aamiainen myös ulkona.

Cons:

Tyynyt olivat meidän makuun liian paksut.

Bardzo zniesmaczona jestem pobytem.
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest super i to jest plus hotelu, śniadanie było bardzo smaczne. Jedynie to reszta za ta cenę nie zbyt.

Cons:

W moim pokoju były pajęczyny na ścianie. Obsługa sprzątająca wymieniła mi tylko ręczniki i umyła szklankę a w łazience nawet śmieci nie zostały wyniesione nic nie przetarte zostało. Dwie saszetki kawy na 2 osoby w pokoju to troszkę słabo i dwa cukry za ta cenę upss…..a miał być ekspres do kawy 😬Kiepsko za taką cenę. Bardzo byłam rozczarowana . Pani w recepcji powiedziała że spa jest oddzielnym Biznesem To ona nie wiem Jak oni działają 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️bardzo żałuję tego pobyt za tą cenę . Szczerze łepek troszkę dalej zarezerwować hotel i za tą cenę miała bym spa basen i czystość . Plusem hotelu jest lokalizacja i śniadania. Reszta nie polecam.
