Pros:

The beds were big, the washroom shower pressure was awesome and the breakfast had a fantastic selection.

Cons:

The hand soap in the washroom was empty already on my first night. Maybe they forgot to fill it up. I was disappointed. Otherwise, everything was perfect 👌

Modern clean hotel in a Great location at great value
Pros:

Great location, lovely clean modern rooms that were spacious. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was possibly limited for the price but overall the location meant close to a lot of breakfast venues.

Een zeer aangenaam verblijf in een hip en verzorgd hotel voor een ontspannen stedentrip
Pros:

Dit hotel onderscheidt zich direct door de speelse, hippe en moderne inrichting van de lobby, het restaurant, de bar en de kamers. De sfeer voelt warm en uitnodigend aan, waardoor het hotel allesbehalve een standaard en onpersoonlijke uitstraling heeft.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd. Het buffet werd continu aangevuld en bood een gevarieerd aanbod, waardoor er voor iedereen voldoende keuze was.

Wij verbleven in een kamer met een kingsize bed. De kamer was ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien die je van een viersterrenhotel mag verwachten, zoals koffie- en theefaciliteiten, een kluis, bureau, zithoek, voldoende kastruimte en zelfs strijkfaciliteiten. Hoewel het bed iets kleiner aanvoelde dan wij vooraf hadden verwacht bij een kingsize bed, was het ligcomfort uitstekend.

Ook de badkamer was ruim en netjes ingericht, met een fijne inloopdouche. De aanwezige toiletartikelen hadden een aangename geur en werden goed aangevuld. Daarnaast vonden wij het een groot pluspunt dat er op de gang onbeperkt gefilterd water en ijsblokjes beschikbaar waren.

Cons:

De stoelen bij de ontbijttafels zijn grotendeels uitgevoerd als fauteuils. Hoewel deze er stijlvol uitzien en comfortabel zitten, zijn ze minder praktisch tijdens het eten omdat ze geen optimale zithouding bieden aan tafel.

Daarnaast bleek de kamer behoorlijk gehorig. Verkeersgeluiden van buiten waren goed hoorbaar, ondanks dat onze kamer aan een relatief rustige straat lag. Ook zorgde de nabijgelegen water- en ijsmachine voor extra geluid, wat vooral tijdens de nacht als storend werd ervaren.

Tot slot ligt het hotel niet midden in het centrum. Dit is vooraf duidelijk zichtbaar op de kaart, maar het betekent wel dat je ongeveer tien minuten moet lopen om de belangrijkste voorzieningen en bezienswaardigheden te bereiken. Voor ons was dit geen groot probleem, mede omdat de omgeving veilig, rustig en schoon aanvoelde.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Zagreb
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the railway station and within easy walking distance of Zagreb’s main square. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and equipped with clean, well-maintained bathrooms. The staff were consistently polite and helpful. We particularly appreciated the filtered drinking-water stations available throughout the hotel. Another excellent feature is the transfer lounge, which offers lockers, toilets, and shower facilities—especially convenient if you arrive before check-in or have a late flight after checking out.

Great Location
Pros:

Great location - just a 10 minute walk to the bus and train station (not in the same location). The hotel room was great, clean, cool and great facilities. I really loved that extra towels were provided, its nice to have a separate hair towel! The beds were really comfy and nice to have large twin beds as opposed to small single beds. Water fountains and ice machines on every other floor by the elevator was also great!

Cons:

The hot breakfast was actually cold one morning and the choices felt a little limited.

O hotel é excelente! Quarto enorme, tudo novo e bem decorado. Localização bem próxima das estações de ônibus e trem. Tem filtro de água refil gratuito, com garrafa de vidro no quarto.
