Szuper hely. Minden remek volt.
Pros:

Finom ételek, szép környezet :) Évfordulóra érkeztünk, köszönjük az ajàndék gyümölcsöt!

Cons:

Csak egy meglàtás, nem rossz: minden szintre raknék vízgépet , ha refill vízrendszer van :) egyszerűbb lenne a töltés.

Pros:

Location, comfort, beautiful room!
The hotel's atmosphere and the ground-floor café.
It is nice that drinking water is available to fill up and take away in the hallway.

Cons:

It would be good if they added drinking water to the room, or at least an option in the minibar. We arrived very late, so we missed having that in the room.

Schicker Ausgangspunkt auf hohem Standard für Zagreb-Erkundung
Pros:

Schickes Hotel mit modernen, gut ausgestatteten Zimmern in Bahnhofsnähe; das Zentrum ist trotzdem gut per Fuß erreichbar, wobei der Weg bereits an einiges Sights vorbeiführt. Der Transfer-Bereich ist großzügig gehalten und bietet großes Schließfächer, sodass wir trotz früher Anreise bereits alles Gepäck sicher im Hotel verstauen konnten und erst nach unserem City-Rundgang eincheckten. Das angegliederte Parkhaus ist direkt mit dem Hotel-Fahrstuhl erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Hotel-Garage hat wegen Versorgungsleitungen teils niedrige Decken und daher nur eine ausgewiesene Durchgangshöhe von 2,10m. Mit meiner Dachbox navigierte ich mit etwas Glück im Zickzack hindurch, doch sollte das bei der Planung bachtet werden.

Very disappointing experience with Canopy by Hilton Zagreb

Nothing in comparison with other Hilton Hotels travelling all around the world

Very disappointing experience.

We had the worst experience at Canopy by Hilton Zagreb. The biggest issue was the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were not welcoming at all. There were no smiles, no warmth, and they didn’t make us feel valued as guests.

What was particularly disappointing was seeing the staff chatting, laughing, and enjoying themselves with each other while showing a completely different attitude towards customers. They seemed unapproachable, uninterested in helping guests, and we felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed visitors.

The air conditioning was also very poor. Both the gym and the lobby were uncomfortably warm, making it unpleasant to spend time in those areas.

Another issue was the atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast area and the lobby were always very dark, which made them feel uninviting rather than bright and welcoming.

Overall, this was far below the standard we expect from a Hilton property. Good customer service and a comfortable environment are fundamental, but unfortunately this hotel failed to deliver on both. We left very disappointed and would not choose to stay here again.
