The location was good for taking in all the places of interest in Whitehorse.

Building was well below standards. Old, shabby, dirty and disgusting. Borderline squalid.

Pros:

It’s very old, needs more Reno’s, no a/c, just a fan. Bathroom needs an update, carpets & flooring need an update, bed & pillows were ok

The sweet young girl at reception was very polite. The mattress was very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel smelled bad and was dirty. I found a used tissue by the edge of bed. The Internet kept disconnecting.

The staff were very helpful

Cons:

The bed was steel sprung and made a horrendous amount of noise every time you moved. The room I had was unbelievable hot, I believe, because the boiler room was directly beneath it. The noise from the floor above sounded like a heard of elephants, and it went on all night.
When I complained in the morning, they said, knowing that I had to be away, they said that there was no one who could deal with my complaint untill 11am and that they would be in touch. Well, I've heard nothing, and I've left it 2 days.
Do not stop here. This is a terrible hotel. They do not care. They are very quick to take your money and also take a very large deposit on your credit card.
