Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple reviews explicitly note the rooms as 'very clean' and 'čistý', with compliments on upkeep; isolated mentions of minor bathroom wear (swollen doorframe) but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
8.5
Several comments praise friendly and polite staff and helpful reception; a few service lapses reported (e.g., must request extra toilet paper, breakfast booking confusion), but overall staff demeanor is positive.
Location
8
Many guests cite a very good / central location and easy access to motorways and Munich; however some note street noise and proximity to road requiring open windows, which reduces rest quality for some.
Room Quality
7.5
Guests report comfortable, large beds and adequate rooms; negatives include small bathrooms, occasional maintenance issues (bath stop missing, swollen doorframe), poor window arrangement and a poorly responding remote.
Amenities
6
Strong positives: complimentary mini bar, small snacks, water, and a fitness room. Major consistent negative: no air conditioning (many reviews), causing very uncomfortable stays in heat; lack of fans/ventilation noted.
Value for Money
9
Multiple reviewers explicitly praise the price–performance ratio and call the hotel great value, especially given complimentary minibar and clean rooms; considered excellent for the price by many guests.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast is generally described as good, but there are reports of expensive breakfast options and at least one booking/charge confusion. Complimentary mini bar drinks are appreciated, though sometimes warm.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall impressions are positive: good value, clean rooms, friendly staff and useful location. Heat/no AC and occasional noise or minor maintenance issues prevent a higher overall score but many guests would return.

Gute Lage, leider ziemlich runter....
Pros:
