Great location! I enjoyed the gym.
Concierge very helpful.

Cons:

Nice pool is there werent so many kittle kids in it all the time. Very difficult for find any English channels in the TV. Front desk reception should be more knowledgeable about the area, especially in regards to restaurants and things to do in the immediate area.

Great location and very clean rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the room very comfortbale and the stuff very friendly.

Cons:

The spa facilities did not meet our expectations and the parking is quite expensive.

Excellent service, environment and location, what more could you need?
Pros:

Staff very helpful and always said hello when meeting them. The whole place was very nice to be in, everywhere was clean and tidy and the room was excellent, and the two double beds worked really well for our family

We couldn't have asked for a better location as well, being in the centre of Berlin gave great access to public transport to see the sights of the city,

Alt andre var helt utmerket.

Cons:

Renhold. Vi hadde problemer med batteriet i dørlåsen til rommet. I løpet av vårt 8 dagers opphold måtte vi få det fikset tre ganger, noe vi synes var litt skuffende. Da vi oppga romnummeret, virket det som om personalet kjente til problemet.

Really great location with easy access to a lot of sights, cafes, attractions and much more!
Beautifully maintained hotel with the most helpful and friendly staff!

Cons:

The bathroom could have used a little more attention in the room, specifically the shower head. I cleaned it to get is through our stay, but it wasn't bad enough to be a show stopper.
