Excelente ubicación y una estancia muy cómoda en Berlín
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, junto a Potsdamer Platz y muy bien comunicada para visitar Berlín. La habitación era cómoda, amplia y tranquila. El desayuno nos gustó especialmente por su variedad y calidad, y en general las instalaciones del hotel estuvieron a muy buen nivel. Ha sido una base perfecta para nuestro viaje.

Cons:

En algunos momentos el servicio podría haber sido algo más ágil y cercano. También echamos en falta un control más preciso de la temperatura del aire acondicionado de la habitación. Son aspectos menores que no empañan una valoración global muy positiva.

Buena estadía
Pros:

Todo muy bueno, cómodo y personal muy amables. El desayuno espectacular. Buen lugar para ir con niños ya que tiene piscina.

Pros:

Es hat uns alles gefallen, dass ganze Zimmer:-) nach Möglichkeit versuchen wir immer dieses Hotel zu buchen, wenn es Angeboten wir hier :)

Cons:

gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat, hätte ein kleinen Ticken staubfreier sein dürfen für so Hotel mit dem Namen :)

Very convenient location.
Large airy room.

Cons:

Tap in the shower was almost impossible to turn on and off. No leverage and incredibly stiff.
I would not stay again because of this.
No plug point near a mirror for drying hair.

Bel hôtel, confortable mais accueil à revoir
Pros:

Belle chambre spacieuse , bonne literie- Hôtel bien situé pour balade à Berlin , à deux pas de la porte Brandebourg, - belle piscine et salle de sport, très appréciés. Personnel petit déjeuner accueillant.

Cons:

Accueil très froid à la remise de la carte et demande des pièces d'identité comme si nous étions à un poste frontière !!Nous sommes venus le jour anniversaire de notre enfant (12 ans) et nous aurions apprécié un accueil personnalisé . Alarme feu qui s'est déclenchée de manière intempestive dans la chambre au petit matin, ce qui nous réveille - personnel de sécurité arrive très vite et arrête l'alarme avec son appareil et nous demande si nous avions fumé !!!! je rêve, nous étions tous endormis avec notre enfant et aucune odeur !!! Personnel pas toujours souriant comme si le must au Mariott est d'aborder cet air pédant vis à vis des clients (ou certains clients) - je n(ai pas apprécié la nudité de certains hommes au Sauna (mixte et ouvert tant aux hommes qu'aux femmes), cela fut très dérangeant et il aurait mieux valu que des informations puissent être bien indiquées sur la porte d'entrée à savoir serviette ou maillot obligatoire
Pour ce niveau d'hôtel, on aurait apprécier d'avoir dans la salle de bain, coton tige, quelques disques de cotons, éventuellement petit tube de dentifrice.

Great location, good room size and layout , nice gym and nice staff

Cons:

The bed and pillows were a little too firm for me,most of the time the staff tried to help.
They wanted to charge me for a little milk for the coffee ( maybe this is common in Germany)

Solid place, attentive, happy staff, convenient location
Pros:

Close to Brandenburg gate, Central Park/ Zoo, S bahn and fast train to airport, Potsdam, etc.
the pool and spa are relaxing! The corner room was very spacious and quiet !

Cons:

The main lobby design was not very inviting . The breakfast cost is overpriced.

A very nice hotel. Exactly what you would expect from the Marriott brand.
Pros:

Excellent high rise hotel in a great location within walking distance to many attractions. We had a very nice room with a view at a fair price. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
