Pros:

I thing that this is the best you can find in Sliven. Large rooms, very good spa and "homely" prepared breakfast. The hotel is almost in the center of the city. For business travelers is suitable.

Pros:

Positive aspects:

- The musician in the restaurant was a very kind and friendly man. He created a pleasant atmosphere and was a lovely part of the dining experience.
- The reception staff were also polite

Cons:

Disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel

- The swimming pool is prohibited for children. Normally, restrictions like this would apply only to the spa area. Families with children often choose a hotel specifically because they expect to be able to use the swimming pool. Otherwise, I would simply choose a guesthouse at half the price.
- The restaurant and its toilets were under renovation during our stay. Unfortunately, the alternative toilets provided outside were very dirty and not appropriate for a 4-star hotel.
- The breakfast was very disappointing and, in my opinion, far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
- Transportation to the Jeravna Festival was not provided. The hotel had many foreign guests, so I would have expected the hotel to offer or organize transportation to such a popular local event. Instead, guests were left to figure out transportation themselves, which was inconvenient and disappointing.

Overall, I expected a much better experience from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, several basic services and amenities did not meet the standard I would expect at this price level.

Wonderful Hotel with Amazing Staff

We absolutely love this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a wonderful stay.

My husband and I have been visiting Sliven for the past 20 years and, over the years, we have stayed in many different hotels around the city. However, for the past four years, we have chosen to come back here every time, and that really says everything.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the city centre, shops and places to eat. The food is amazing, and the spa is simply fantastic. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day out.

What really makes this hotel stand out for us, though, is the staff. They are always so kind, friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel genuinely looked after rather than just another guest.

After four years of returning, we honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Sliven. If you’re considering staying here, you definitely won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back again! ❤️

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything.

Всичко в хотела беше много добре обмислено ,за да бъде удобно и комфортно на гостите, нищо не беше спестено! Спа комплекса ,Беше невероятен все едно беше направен за собствено потреба,а не за гости Толкова беше уютно ,хубаво ,професионално подредено!Компактно и удобно!Ресторанта е невероятен!И НАЙ-ВАЖНОТО:Навсякъде имаше подготвен перонал,който не беше само любезен ,а подготвен да отговори на всичките ти въпроси да те посрещна и да те изпрати!

Замечательный, высокого уровня комфортный отель.
Pros:

Все было на высшем уровне. Осталось впечатление, что у отеля очень профессиональное руководство. Комната большая, продуманы все мелочи для удобства, очень удобный матрас, чистота идеальная. СПА и массаж на высоте. Дизайн всего отеля оригинальный и радующий глаз. Персонал приветливый. Я под большим впечатлением от отеля. На мой взгляд, отель вполне заслуживает пять звёзд. С уверенностью рекомендую его.
