Bien mais sans plus
Pros:

le petit dejeuner fait par la meme personne depuis des années fait oublié le reste ;)

Cons:

Je reviens dans cette hotel depuis 10ans et c'est la premiere fois que je suis vraiment pas content de la chambre, dans laquelle la clime marchait pas, le personnel encore a changé. Le petit dejeuner était bien bien sur grâce à la super femme sui prepare les omelette à ta demande. sinon c'était en bas en enfermé. Les acceuil toujpours tire geule, ils sourit jamais . le spa est devenu que a partir de sertain âge, pas pour les petits enfants. Le hotel va perde la bonne clientelle.

The best hotel in Sliven
Pros:

Location is great, very close to center. Breakfast was very good, you could get freshly made on the spot eggs, pancakes and omelette, as well as all other warm and cold options you expect. The room was very nice. Soundproofing was good and we didn’t hear the restaurant or other noise. Staff was very polite and friendly.

Attenti ai matrimoni ed al parcheggio!
Pros:

La spa è tenuta benissimo, è davvero bella e pulita.

Cons:

Per un matrimonio non vi era più posto nel parcheggio che è incluso nel prezzo. Mi hanno chiesto di pagare per parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio coperto sotterraneo. Ho dovuto parcheggiare l'auto fuori dall'hotel e, una volta finito il matrimonio con musica a tutto volume e schiamazzi fino alla 1 del mattino sono dovuta scendere per riportare l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel che si era finalmente liberato. Povera me! Mi ero anche prenotata una seconda notte. È stato molto scorretto poiché il parcheggio gratuito ed interno era incluso nel prezzo. Sì perdono punteggio per cose come questa!

Convenient, peaceful, but expensive for its location.
Pros:

The hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay, as it has a very good spa centre with kind and courteous staff. The hotel is also very well organised, with easy access between the floors and elevators available in all areas.The breakfast was very pleasant and reasonably varied. There is also a restaurant with a very good menu, although the prices are quite high. They are comparable to, and in some cases even higher than, prices in Central European countries.

Cons:

We booked a parking space in advance, but the parking area became overcrowded during our stay. As a result, we avoided using our car because we were afraid of losing our parking space and not being able to find another one upon our return.

Excellent accommodation, but try to find better place to eat. Myself did not find good restaurant in Sliven.
Pros:

Definitely the best place to stay in Sliven area. High quality accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful, but need to smile more.

Cons:

They need to invest in better kitchen chef. Food is not to the standard of the rest.
Check before you book if any wedding is booked as well, because too much noise until midnight.

Pros:

I thing that this is the best you can find in Sliven. Large rooms, very good spa and "homely" prepared breakfast. The hotel is almost in the center of the city. For business travelers is suitable.

Positive aspects:

- The musician in the restaurant was a very kind and friendly man. He created a pleasant atmosphere and was a lovely part of the dining experience.
- The reception staff were also polite

Cons:

Disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel

- The swimming pool is prohibited for children. Normally, restrictions like this would apply only to the spa area. Families with children often choose a hotel specifically because they expect to be able to use the swimming pool. Otherwise, I would simply choose a guesthouse at half the price.
- The restaurant and its toilets were under renovation during our stay. Unfortunately, the alternative toilets provided outside were very dirty and not appropriate for a 4-star hotel.
- The breakfast was very disappointing and, in my opinion, far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
- Transportation to the Jeravna Festival was not provided. The hotel had many foreign guests, so I would have expected the hotel to offer or organize transportation to such a popular local event. Instead, guests were left to figure out transportation themselves, which was inconvenient and disappointing.

Overall, I expected a much better experience from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, several basic services and amenities did not meet the standard I would expect at this price level.

Wonderful Hotel with Amazing Staff
Pros:

We absolutely love this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a wonderful stay.

My husband and I have been visiting Sliven for the past 20 years and, over the years, we have stayed in many different hotels around the city. However, for the past four years, we have chosen to come back here every time, and that really says everything.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the city centre, shops and places to eat. The food is amazing, and the spa is simply fantastic. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day out.

What really makes this hotel stand out for us, though, is the staff. They are always so kind, friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel genuinely looked after rather than just another guest.

After four years of returning, we honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Sliven. If you’re considering staying here, you definitely won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back again! ❤️

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything.
