El desayuno frente a la Fontana y Trevi me la llevo en el Alma para siempre
Pros:

El desayunador da la Fontana de Trevi precioso. Al llegar me atendió un señor muy agradable y muy amable.

Habitación muy antigua vieja, que no conduce con la ubicación del alojamiento

The most magical view is right by our window !
Pros:

Our room has the most wonderful view in all of Rome ! The view compensates for all short comings of the hotel. Bfast and staff are wonderful !

Cons:

the bathroom is small and the carpets outside the room needs updating and fixing. It smells damp and at one point we almost tripped.

Me dejó una muy mala impresión en el check out 😔

La ubicación por la vista desde el restaurante

Cons:

Lo que detesté fue que al hacer el check out, un señor en la recepción exigió el pago del impuesto municipal sólo en efectivo, y el importe que anotó en una nota lo tachó con su propia pluma en cuanto lo pagué y no dio ningún recibo. Ha sido el único hotel que no permite pago de dicho impuesto con tarjeta y que no da comprobante. Evidentemente hubo corrupción en esto ya que no te deberían obligar a pagarlo en efectivo y deben de entregarte tu comprobante.

Lo único positivo fue la vista desde la terraza
Pros:

La ubicación y máxima cercanía a la Fontana di Trevi, y la vista de la misma desde la zona de la terraza/buffet. El desayuno tmb es bueno y variado, y la atención del personal muy amable.

Cons:

La habitación era extremadamente pequeña e incómoda. Prácticamente no tenía luz natural ni aireación. A toda la habitación -y particularmente al baño- le faltaba actualización/mantenimiento. La habitación que me asignaron fue la peor de todo mi viaje por Italia.

Whipped cream on a pile of Crap.

Well the view from the Trevi Fountain Room is incredible. Thats where it ends.

Cons:

Toilets dont flush properly, we had to keep filling the buckets to make it actually flush the toilet paper and others. Room is just basic, beatdown and super old as well as the Hotel itself. Toilet kept leaking from the seal or something. Downside of being so close to the Trevi is the 24/7 noise from people there. Its crazy and non stop never ending at least in May. Way overpriced. 550 or so a night is robbery for these conditions. We will never stay there again. The breakfast is absolutely trash. Again the view is incredible I just expected wayyyyyy more. Maybe its my bad.
