I’m peasant stay, great location, rooms facing the square were noisy.
Pros:

Nice large apartment, very clean. Across the road from the main hotel.
Staff were very friendly

Cons:

Noisy front room as over the square & partying going on till early hours.

Beatiful room in a great location.
Pros:

Beatiful hotel. The gold suite is extremely comfortable with two bathrooms and ample space. Tha location is really good. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

You have to go up and down stairs to get to your room so if you have big luggage it could be a hassle.

Such a beautiful hotel & fabulous location
Pros:

What a beautiful quaint hotel! From the minute we checked in we felt so comfortable. The checkin staff were so lovely & ever so helpful with our bags, especially when it was 40 degrees upon checkin. We stayed here with myself, husband & adult daughter. The rooms were very spacious, breakfast was delicious & the location of the hotel was fantastic. Beds were also super comfy too. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting florence.

A perfect hotel for Florence - incredible service - highly recommend.
Pros:

This hotel was perfect in every way, but the service blew my mind. Every single person we encountered (door man, porter, front desk, concierge, cleaning, breakfast) was INCREDIBLY kind and attentive and very concerned about our happiness. The hotel was incredibly clean, the room was large, great air conditioning, fabulous breakfast. The concierge managed to score us a great dinner reservation at the last minute on a busy June Friday - not easy! I've stayed in 5 star hotels and this greatly exceeded the service of any hotel I've every stayed in.
