كل شي جميل في الفندق ماعدا الفراش لين كثير والمخدات سيئة للغاية

Cons:

جميع الوسادات ( المخدات ) سيئة جدا وطلبت تغيرها ولم يغيرونها لي لدرجة احس بآلام في رقبتي وشد في اعصاب رقبتي

إقامة جميلة جدا لشخص يريد ان يكون قريب من كل شي في الفاتح

الفندق يقع في شارع حيوي في الفاتح، يبعد 7 دقايق مشي عن مسجد الفاتح.
قريب من كل مواقف الباص.
الموظفين لطيفين ومتعاونين، النظافة ممتازة في الفندق.

Personalul dezinteresat ,prin faptul ca mi -am găsit mașina lovită în parcare și domnii de la recepție nu au vrut să vizioneze camerele de supraveghere video ,din parcarea improvizată a hotelului.
Micul dejun a fost același în fiecare zi ,nimic prezent din pozele postate pe site!
Hotelul este supra evaluat la 4 stele ,fără a-și justifica prețul pe noapte ,prin condițiile oferite !

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Everything was great. For me, the location is the best in the Fatih area. A big thank you to all the staff for their excellent service, especially Ali and Ercan, who were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

I arrived late on Saturday, and the following morning I asked for an iron. Unfortunately, I was told that the hotel didn't have one available, so I had to walk to the nearby shopping mall to iron my clothes. I mentioned this to the manager because I believe it's something the hotel should address in the future. Providing guests with access to an iron is a basic amenity and would improve the overall experience.
