Pros:

The rooms are standard and clean. The location is great, on the outskirts of central Rome, in a lovely Roman neighbourhood. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby. I didn't venture into the touristy zones because I have been to Rome before and was at the end of a long trip, but the Metro is nearby, and everything is very accessible.

Rooms are suitable for tourists who spend the majority of their time sight seeing during the day. Mind the shower as located over a bath and can be awkward for travellers who have mobility issues or are elderly.
The location is ideal for taking the Metro to explore the city.

Pros:

Прекрасное месторасположение: прямая ветка метро до Термини. От метро до отеля несколько минут пешком. Хороший, чистый, спокойный район, где много кафе и есть супермаркет.
Хорошая уборка, неплохой завтрак. В номере есть все необходимое.

Freshly appointed rooms and kind welcome but facilities could use more care.
Pros:

Kind welcome from the front desk team and clean, recently refreshed facilities. The welcome amenity and note for my status with Accor was a treat.

On the flip side; the aircon did not work suitably well in our room, the shower temperature varied quite widely from hot to cold without adjusting it, the shower panel leaked substantially, and the toilet did not flush fully.

I’m confident that the management would have found us a different room had we asked, but we were only in the room very briefly between a late arrival and early morning airport departure, so I just left it alone.

That said, I expect these sorts of issues not to occur (especially all at the same time!) in a property of this caliber and cost.

Bardzo dobry, chętnie wrócę.
Pros:

Pokój bardzo dobrze wyposażony: duży telewizor, czajnik, lodówka, luksusowe kosmetyki do mycia. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Śniadania duży wybór. Lokalizacja blisko metro. W bardzo bliskiej odległości sklep spożywczy i pizza bardzo dobra .

Cons:

Trafiliśmy na pokój który był nieustawny, ciężko było się poruszać po nim, bardzo mały. Szafa bardzo mała na 2 osoby. Pokój mniejszy niż pozostałe które widzieliśmy w hotelu.

El hotel es hermoso, excelente zona para hospedarse.. lejos del centro pero bien cerca del subte. Es una zona más residencial, muy linda y se siente segura.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido, el acolchado era muy caluroso y esta unido a la sabana.. así que o pasas frío o calor depende si te queres tapar o no...

The only issue" I had, was that I expected a bigger room. I can't think of at the moment, why I might have had that expectation, and the room turned out to be smaller.
