Terrible noise! All night long
Pros:

Location, parking

Cons:

On major street with noise all night. Old single pane window shoud be replaced with dual pane to lessen the street noise. Elevator did not work forcing a long walk for handicapped senior. Bath tub/Shower had no bars for seniors. Their advertised breakfast was a roll and coffee. I will never stay there again.

Comfortable enough for a roadtrip visit to Reno but nothing more.
Pros:

It was comfortable enough for a layover night on a roadtrip.

Cons:

Very old & dated even though it was supposed to have been revitalized. Poor quality upgrades.

Great value for the given price. Very satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

I liked that there were enough accommodations inside my room like towels, soaps and cups for ice and drinks.

Cons:

There was a little bit of a floor dent that needed to be fixed but it was not that bad.

Cons:

Elevators weren’t working. Too hard on knees to use stairs. Had to use the elevator on other side and walk halfway around. Not enough parking. Had to park across the street in parking garage and had to walk all the way back with my bad knees. The “breakfast” that was included was mini muffins and coffee/juice…THATS NOT BREAKFAST. And the noise was just aweful!

Loud music, lights. Curtain didn’t cover the window properly. Door key was glitchy. Door stuck. Very little space. Elevator jolted and made awful noises making it seem it would crash at any moment. Drug dealers in parking lot.

If you like being terrified but close to gambling....
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The blood on my sheets, the elevator that didnt work. The door that barley locked or the window that had the screen popping out. The place and furniture were disgusting and coated in some liquid. And the room was so small i couldnt walk in it without turning sideways.

Dirty. Stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the room was dirty and needed repairs. There was a 2” gap under the entry door that let all of the sound from the street and parking lot into the room. The bathroom door does not close. The bed sheets had a red stain that I didn’t notice until late so I slept on top of the covers. I would not stay here again. If my stay hadn’t been for only one night, I would have moved to a new hotel.

The beds were clean Bedroom area nicely updated and sink. But the bathroom was bad. No drain cover looks like it was painted by a 8 year old child or a blind person
Floor and baseboard tiles were not cut to match others paint dripped on tiles not cleaned up. Baseboard tile didn’t even match Dirt caked in corners. No one even came by to see if needed anything. Had to find a trash can to empty room trash. Breakfast was a

Not what I expected
Pros:

It was close to the downtown casinos

Cons:

It was not what I expected. Especially looking at pictures on the website. And once I arrived it looked run down and not in a good areas
