Somewhere to sleep. The person at the check-in desk was at the Travelodge location and she was nice.
Cleanliness and everyone hanging around outside. We even had some ask us if we smoked drugs. We could only use one bed cause hair wad everywhere. Couldn't take a shower because of the hair in the shower.
The room was decorated very nicely. The bed was comfortable and it was an overall great for the price.
The key card box on the door didn't read the card to get in half the time.
Nothing
The beds were not comfortable, they were lumpy. No handicap parking, the only thing they offered for a continental breakfast was some coffee and granola bars. For the price, the room cost, they couldn't at least had some orange juice muffins something for travelers on the go very disappointing.
Rooms looked decent, though horribly rigged and many other problems.
Mini fridge works horribly - extra mini
A/C doesn’t function at all, they turn all of the ACs off and as soon as you walk in the room, it’s on fire… so hot it’s miserable and you’re sweating… I’m supposed to feel comfort as soon as I walk into my room I’m paying over $100 a night for…
Had to change rooms in the middle of the night because ac never cooled the room down. It was cold outside, and HOT in my rooM. Woke up sweating.
216 Door barely shuts and 315 has huge gap in door frame.
Tv doesn’t work then I go to find the cause, it’s the worst rats nest I’ve ever seen.
Floors are dirty…
Phone was nothing but static, leading to the front desk attendant having a ridiculous attitude,
Front desk guy took the phone off the hook
and went outside on purpose, wouldn’t answer my calls from my cell phone. As I was trying to talk to the manager, for days, the attendant acted foolish as I told her I refused to pay for a room until I speak to the manager. She said I need to pack my things and leave.
Bathroom fan is RIDICULOUSLY loud at random times.
Sink and shower drained slowly in new room
Loud noise coming from outside literally all night
Water goes everywhere in both showers
Blind doesn’t even cover window, you can see straight into the room.
Broke my property having to move in the middle of the night and deal with both a/c units!!! Even the new functioning one was insane and either freezing or off. To be in the bed with it on was to be freezing, and I’m hot blooded.
Remote isn’t even connected to tv only connected to box, can’t even control volume or turn tv on or off.
MOLD on the ceiling!!!!!
Nothing
The rooms were disgusting and not sanitary.
Nothing
The front desk check‑in office is located in an area with no signage indicating that it is the main office. We spent approximately ten minutes searching for someone to assist with check‑in. Although one building displayed a sign marked ‘Office,’ no staff member was present. After waiting inside for several minutes, we were eventually called from across the block and informed that check‑in was handled in a different building. This lack of clear signage, direction, and staff availability significantly affected the check‑in experience
Good location, close to highway.
It was convenient cause we were moving through the area and came late at night.
Yet staff at registration desk were nice and friendly, and accommodated us fast and careful
(One of our boys hurt his leg and could hardly walk; and we got a room next to an elevator!)
Thank you!
Parking space at the hotel is scarce, we had to park across the street
The location was fine, near the freeway ramp and walking distance to nearby food and grocery.
This is not the control of the facility- People/cars passing by can be heard if they are really loud or making unnecessary sounds.
