Room on the waterfront - ground level wonderful - great staff on reception + in the bar facilities + nice meals + atmosphere in the restaurant.

Cons:

All the tacky cheap Briscoes art - all over the place & lots odd sizes - very cheap feel with odd colors for toilet brushes + toilet seats - take down as cheapens the bar area & hallways - replace with nice local artists works as ocean/river/water location - the wall papers are classy - maybe nice mirrors under nice lighting - was very odd. Less is more. Such a neat location - could be done really classy & simple touches make a softer atmosphere 🌸🌟

Highly recommend for business events/meetings, accommodation and meals
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyable event, comprising an overnight stay and business meeting. The accommodation was fabulous, so too the meeting room with natural light! Nothing was a problem and we have vowed to return. Thank you Tides Hotel!

I booked last minute. I was very stressed at the time and booked three nights accidentally. However you would not refund two nights as requested

Lovely and cozy

The room was well appointed and the river side view was pleasant and quiet

Cons:

Not being offered a room on this side of the building (the river side) rather than the street side as originally given. The hotel was not full. The heat pump batteries were flat and the electric blanket was not plugged in and required me to crawl on my hands and knees to plug it in.
