Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas du centre et de la plage. Les piscines, les chaises longues, le prêt de serviettes de plage, la mise à disposition d'eau, la cafetière dans la chambre étaient très appréciables. Le débit d'eau était très bien et il y avait de l'eau chaude. J'ai apprécié la grande terrasse sans vis-à-vis.
J'ai également aimé voir des ratons laveurs ☺️
Le petit déjeuner était varié et le personnel du restaurant très agréable.
Le service de transfert porte à porte était pratique.

Cons:

A notre arrivée, on nous avait attribué un bungalow près de la piscine des enfants, ce qui n'était pas ce que j'avais réservé et qui ne m'intéressait pas car je voulais être au calme ; j'aurais aimé qu'on me demande mon avis avant. Heureusement, nous avons demandé à récupérer la chambre que nous avions réservée, ce qui a été possible.
Dans la chambre avec deux lits doubles, les lits sont très peu larges ( moins de 140cm) ce qui est un peu gênant pour passer une bonne nuit.
On entend le bruit des véhicules qui passent sur la route juste derrière mais les boules quiès ont réglé le problème.

Un excelente lugar para vivir la experiencia Holbox
Pros:

Me gustaron los bungalows justo al lado de la alberca. La playa está muy cerca también. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno incluído estuvo muy rico.

Cons:

Solo hay una mesita y no hay sillón. Se entiende porque los bungalows son algo pequeños.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. It is located right on the beach, making it a perfect place to relax. The reception staff were friendly, and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant staff were disappointing. They were unfriendly and very slow. We ordered room service once, and it took over an hour to arrive. By the time it did, the food was cold and tasteless.

There are raccoons around the kids' pool. They are generally not a problem during the day, but at night they can become quite aggressive. They fight, make a lot of noise, and since this is the only path to the rooms, it can feel a bit scary.

We knew there would be no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but it didn't work properly even in the reception area. The tap water is not drinkable, and bottled water was not replenished regularly. Housekeeping was also below expectations.

The property itself is absolutely amazing and has so much potential, but unfortunately the poor service and lack of attention to detail take away from what could have been a wonderful experience.

Fijn verblijf, schoonmaak van de kamer dagelijks goed verzorgd, alles makkelijk bereikbaar
Pros:

Heerlijk strand, meteen naast het hotel. Je kan over het strand naar het centrum lopen

Zwembaden waren fijn. Zoals in andere reviews ook staat liggen er vaak wat blaadjes en beestjes in, maar wij vonden dat niet zo gek met veel bomen eromheen. Kan eventueel wat vaker schoon gemaakt worden, wat ons betreft niet storend

Personeel was allemaal erg aardig en vrolijk. Aan de receptie altijd behulpzaam, we hebben via hun ook een boottocht gedaan.

Cons:

Kleine tafel buiten bij de bungalow (maar gelukkig wel zitmogelijkheid naast en boven het restaurant 's avonds).
