Un très bel hôtel, parfaitement situé à Holbox 🌴
Pros:

Nous avions réservé des bungalows adultes avec vue sur mer, juste à côté de la piscine réservée aux adultes et, selon moi, ce sont vraiment les mieux situés : très agréables et surtout sans vue directe sur un autre bungalow.
Les bungalows sont spacieux et très bien conçus, avec une belle salle de bain, des moustiquaires, une excellente literie et un lit XXL. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, avec changement des serviettes de bain et mise à disposition de serviettes de plage.
L'hôtel dispose de deux piscines, dont une réservée aux adultes, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
L'emplacement est également excellent : il suffit de traverser une toute petite ruelle de sable pour être sur la plage. Le centre de Holbox est accessible en 5 à 10 minutes à pied, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour profiter du calme. L'emplacement est également pratique pour partir vers Punta Mosquito.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec beaucoup de choix sucrés et salés. Il est également possible de commander à manger directement depuis les transats, ce que nous n'avons malheureusement découvert qu'à la fin de notre séjour !
Et petit bonus très sympa : des ratons laveurs se promènent régulièrement autour de l'hôtel. 🦝

Cons:

Le principal point négatif est la lenteur du service au petit-déjeuner. Malgré un buffet/choix très agréable, nous avons parfois attendu 30 à 40 minutes avant d'être servis, ce qui est vraiment long.
Autre point à connaître : le Wi-Fi n'est disponible qu'à la réception et au restaurant, pas dans les bungalows. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, c'est assez dommage.

4 notti ad Holbox
Pros:

Posizione davanti alla spiaggia migliore della penisola di Holbox noi abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto e c'era molta scelta tra i lettini sia nella parte annessa al resort sia sulla spiaggia chiaramente nel corso della giornata poi si riempivano ma intorno alle 10/11 del mattino c'erano ancora tanti posti liberi comuni i lettini comodi e gli ombrelloni con amache dove potersi rilassare spiaggia tranquilla rilassante. Noi avevamo un bungalow e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno comunicato di averci fatto un upgrade mettendoci in quello fronte piscina ed è stato apprezzato. Colazione inclusa nella nostra opzione e avevamo la possibilità di scegliere un piatto tra il menù a disposizione sia dolce che salato e veniva sempre accompagnato ogni mattina da frutta diversa e caffè a volontà. Confermo che come in gran parte del.messico la pressione doccia non è delle più forti ma non è un grosso problema

Per noi non è stato un problema ma confermo che il.wifi funziona solo nelle aree comuni o nei bungalow più vicini ad esse( ad esempio nel nostro zona piscina prendeva) però non è una grossa mancanza perché ad Holbox è parte dell esperienza anche staccare da tutto

Nice rustic bungalows right by the beach
Pros:

Simple but pleasant bungalows in a very good location right by the main beach. I loved the beautiful garden with its occasional raccoon visitors! Also appreciated the 2 separate swimming pools (one for families, one for adults only) and the reading area with many books and yoga mats one can borrow. The staff was welcoming and attentive.

Cons:

The wifi is very bad, even in the reception area (which is supposedly the only area of the whole hotel where it works). For this price, decent wifi would be a minimum.

A lot of reviews praise the plentiful breakfast options. It's true that there are many sweet and savoury dishes to choose from, but in my opinion none was particularly tasty, and were made from cheap ingredients.

Hôtel de rêve où on peut prendre le temps pour soi et profiter

Cabanes magnifique, plage incroyable, personnel très gentils et serviables

Cons:

Seul bémol, indépendant de l’hôtel : la proximité de la route, avec quelques passages de quads bruyants la nuit, et la plage voisine, assez animée l’après-midi et en début de soirée avec de la musique techno.

Mooie centrale plek aan het strand, perfect met kinderen
Pros:

Leuk kleinschalig resort waar wij met onze twee dochters van 8 en 12 voor 5 nachten verbleven. Goede bedden en kussens en slapen in een huisje met een grote klamboe tent waar twee bedden in passen. De airco doet het goed. Boek zeker met ontbijt, want de keuze enorm en het eten is goed en lekker!

Dagelijks goede schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken, ook handdoeken voor het zwembad of strand beschikbaar. Het strand is bereikbaar door een zandweg over te steken en hier zijn gratis ligbedden. Je kunt op het strand ook eten vanuit het restaurant bij het hotel, de lunch is goed en betaalbaar.

Je loopt eenvoudig naar het dorp via het strand of binnendoor. Er zijn veel restaurants, zowel aan de kust als in het dorp. Het is er levendig en veel keus, ook is er een dagelijkse avondmarkt.

De zonsondergang trekt veel bezoekers en het water kun je makkelijk inlopen en is nergens diep door de zandbanken. Loop zeker ook richting de flamingo’s via de zandbanken!

Het huren van een fiets of golfkar hebben wij niet gedaan, alles is op loopafstand. Owja, er lopen raccoons en katten rond, goed om rekening mee te houden, maar vinden wij erg leuk.

Cons:

Paar kleine opmerkingen; het water in de douche is niet altijd warm en de waterdruk niet altijd voldoende om de haren van drie vrouwen goed te kunnen wassen.

Daarnaast was het zwembad niet helemaal gevuld en werd niet regelmatig schoongemaakt, dit kan beter.

Holbox en sí tiene muchísimo encanto y es una de las cosas que más nos ha gustado de México. Este hotel, todo con cabañitas y tanta vegetación ha sido increíble, las dos piscinas, la ubicación frente al mar y también los mapaches han hecho que nuestra experiencia fuera espectacular. Además todo el personal nos ha tratado genial!
