Great experience in Loft Suite!
Pros:

The loft suite my friends and I rented was just right for 3 adults who wanted to stay together but have separate beds. It was cozy but had everything we needed. We also very much enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant (the avocado toast was perfection!!).

Comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was small but very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The spa was not to my expectations. The sauna had an awful smell. The staff was curtious but not very helpful with suggests for eating places or visiting sites.

Moyen pourrait faire bien mieux
Pros:

C’est un motel très propre et fonctionnel, mais ça reste un motel, cher trop cher pour la "prestation "offerte c’est à dire quasi aucune

Cons:

L'option Petit déjeuner absente, et très peu pratique
Pour y séjourner plus d’une nuit

A comfortable place to stay in Banff
Pros:

The hot tub and saunas were excellent - clean, not crowded, and close to our room.

Cons:

The on-site restaurant had bizarre open times. One day we needed to catch an early tour suttle, so we planned to eat breakfast at the restaurant but it was closed. It has a breakfast menu posted on the door, so one would assume they serve breakfast. There was no advance closure notice, so we had to go next door to the Chilis at another lodging.
The location is a bit far from the main part of Banff where most of the shops and restaurants are located.

Great options for groups, keep in mind walk to downtown.
Pros:

The two bedroom with a kitchenette was great for a group/for families. Hotel was clean and convenient.

Cons:

The photo of the property on this page is completely misleading, the property is not isolated nor does it have a view like that. Our room had a tough view right into other people’s rooms. The kitchenette was nice but we wished it had a sink. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk into downtown. Extremely expensive for what it is but best you can get for Banff.
