The beds were quite hard and the bathroom could do with a new light.

Zimmer hat sich sehr aufgeheizt (sehr heiße Sommertage), vorhandene Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Vorhandener Ventilator war defekt, auf Anfrage haben wir am nächsten Tag einen neuen bekommen. Zimmer zur Straße nachts recht laut.

Ganz komische Frühstück, nur Marmelade plus toast eventl. Cornflakes. Englische Version wurde nur gegen Bezahlung angeboten. Es wird auch bei Bestellung nicht darauf hingewiesen dass man extra zahlen muss

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard advertised, especially for the price of £279.

The problems started at check-in, which took far too long. We were not given working access cards for our room and were told temporary cards would be brought to us so we could at least use the room electricity. These never arrived, leaving us without proper access and, at times, without lighting or power.

The room itself was in an unacceptable condition. It was visibly dirty, with stains on the bedding, chairs, and furniture. The bathtub was cracked and sharp, which actually caused a small cut on my leg, a serious safety issue. The shower was faulty and constantly switched between hot and cold, regardless of the setting. To make matters worse, the toilet did not flush properly, and when this was reported, we were simply told to wait five minutes between flushes, which is not an acceptable solution.

The wider hotel was equally poor. It felt dated, badly maintained, and generally unclean. The lift doors repeatedly closed on us before we could properly enter or exit, which felt unsafe. Even the reception-area bathroom was left unlit and in darkness.

Overall, this was far below even basic hospitality standards. For the amount paid, we expected a clean, safe, and functional hotel room. Instead, we experienced inconvenience, poor hygiene, and multiple safety concerns. I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Vi havde en hyle tone på værlset i flere timer. Var ikke helt tryg ved elevatoren, meget gammel

Réservation de 2 chambres en famille, nous étions à 2 étages d'intervalles !! Les fenêtres des chambres côté rue qui ne ferment presque pas, laissant passer le bruit de la rue (très bruyant, des scooters uber sont en dessous) et l'air (bruit du vent en prime). Litterie très molle. Salle de bain très étroite (difficile pour les personnes en sur-poids pour les toilettes) avec douche au mur dans une baignoire, difficile de se rincer correctement. Robinet de l'évier qui goutte en continue. Evier et baignoire pas très propre avec des cheveux dedans. Flexible du sèche-cheveux tenu par du Scotch et qui sent mauvais (très ancien). Petit déjeuner pas bon, trop sucré, pas de choix. Nous sommes arrivés dans le couloir de notre chambre, des femmes de ménage étaient à 4 pattes sur le sol à trier les draps propres à même la moquette !
Bref hôtel qui ne fait aucun investissement pour maintenir les lieux corrects, laissant à désirer sur la propreté et réduisant les coûts au minimum pour le petit dej inclus. Je doute que prendre le petit dej payant anglais en vaille le coup chez eux.

Pas d’électricité dans la salle de bain, pas de prise a coter d’un coté du lit, petit dejeuner pas ouf genre juste tartine de pain de la veille avec de la confiture et beurre qui se batter en duel, le cafe etait pas bon bref je recommande absolument pas

Mal mantenido! Sucio, el desayuno muy pobre. Realmente no volvería, las fotos son de las habitaciones "lindas" a mi me toco una donde el piso caminabas y se undia, las luces no andaban, la alfombra daba sensación de sucio, el baño hiper pequeño, se que Londres es caro pero por lo que cobran es pésimo el servicio. El ascensor daba miedo subirse.

The whole house is old and the bathroom/ toilet facilities are not fully functioning and outdated; cleanliness is ok, but not as a modern hotel, breakfast has only bread and jam, and filter coffee.
