Front desk simply did their job. Nothing extra nothing to make. You feel welcome and again the amenities were fine, but
Pros:

The kids really enjoyed the slides, but it was completely out of control in the evening with very big children and adults coming through those slides, almost hitting and knocking kids under the water kids jumping in line because they were bigger than other kids. It needs to be monitored a little bit for safety. We finally pulled our kids out and went back to the room because it was just overtaken, and our kids were not Littles, but they couldn’t afford to get hit in the head trying to get out of the way of people coming down the waterslides they were just wild.

Cons:

The property was clean, but showing major signs of where and tear that should be repaired. It didn’t affect cleanliness or such.

The way the rooms are set up. 1 elevator for the entire place. It was difficult to get antique without getting lost

Pros:

The staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice clean and was easy to get to.

Cons:

There were people in the hallway all night being lod and very rude. Not hotels fault. Just made it hard to sleep.
