hotels the same from my first stay 15 yrs ago not much has changed, great service and great staff
Pros:

Outside access to room, room was good clean long walk to the pool and restaurant, ample parking, staff was great, check in was quik file was there already when we got to the hotel

Cons:

windows were not secure enuff on ground floor, didnt clean our room i dont know if we needed to let them know or they would clean it needed more towels but we managed

Very quiet, nice friendly staff, quick to book shuttle which is 24/7

Traveled for medical shuttle service was great to and from airport, food was good nice to have restaurant at hotel

Barely adequate
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The lack of plugins—-I use a CPAP and had no place to plug it in—-I moved the desk lamp to the nightstand as it had plugins but had to plug it into and extension cord under the mattress! Plus trying to charge our phones was also a problem with the lack of plugins—-with the remodeling that really needs to be addressed

Convenient location and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and doors and the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable.

Pros:

Mattresses were plush and comfortable, the kids loved the water slides, pool was warm, and I loved that I could watch the kids from the hot tub!

Over all except room was ok.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

That our room stunk like someone had smoked in it . It took me a whole bottle of freebrez to get it tolerant. I told the front desk the first night and when we checked out . Even got a worker who was walking by to smell it and he agreed. But nothing happened.
