موقعه الفندق مميز ولكن حال الفندق غير جيد
الشيك ان جيد ولكن عند الصعود للغرفه وجدت الروم سيرفس باقي يرتب الغرفه الساعه 2:30 الليل

الاثاث قديم جداً الاغطيه والمفارش الخاصه بالسرير مستهلكه وغير مريحه ومقطنه
لا يوجد عزل في الغرف
الاكل في الغرفه غير جيد
تم طلب سرير كبير وتم تأكيد الطلب على ذالك وعند الاستلام ذكر الموظف انه غير متوفر علماً انا وصولي كان متأخر
تم اضافة اشياء في الفاتوره من الميني بار لم استخدمها ورفضت الدفع

Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Außer beim Frühstück, dort waren sie eher gelangweilt. Die Familiensuit war groß. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen großen Obstteller. Jeden Tag Wasser. Hamam sehr schön, Poolbereich sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war ungenügend. Um die Toilette herum lag Schmutz, der Duschvorleger war voll mit Haaren, ein Bettlaken hatte einen großen schwarzen Fleck, Gläser waren verschmutzt. Schlappen waren am zweiten Tag entsorgt aber kein Ersatz bereitgestellt. Am Abreisetag kein WLAN. Outdoorpool bzw. der Zugang war geschlossen. Badekappenpflicht. Frühstück war ausreichend aber nicht üppig. Wenig Obstvariation, nicht vorgeschnitten, kein Dörrobst, Cerealien nicht vielfältig.

Fabulous
Pros:

Lovely , lovely hotel made the better by their wonderful staff. Friendly, helpful… nothing is too much.
Wonderful restaurant staff. Clean rooms - checked by the manager all was well.

The absolute highlight was the service in the sauna spa/pool area. After travelling and working a job that involves a lot of sitting the massage services on offer turned my puffy, stressed body into a soft being that meant I was able to get a full night’s sleep for the first time in months! And I would definitely try the Turkish Bath Hammam. Ask for Reni- she has healing magic hands!

لم أقم فيه وآخر مرة يتم التعامل معهم

لم يعجبني شي بالعكس انصح بعد التعامل معهم لانه يعدلون على حجزك ويطلبون من منك زيادة من المال وهذا ما حصل معي

مسجل في الحجز 4 بالغون وطفل 1 عمره 11 سنة
لكن يريدون قيمة الحجز دبل بسبب ان الطفل ذا عمر 11 ليس طفل في تركيا بسبب ذلك طلبوا مني دبل القيمة مع العالم وجواز السفر مسجل طفل

Cons:

Mostly staff ,except fr only 1 in the hall hotel the cleaning lady i think her name was khadija she smiled and happy and asked me if I need anything.

A good Hotel to stay and a good location but a quiet place with no activity to offer.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and professional.
The room was nice and clean.
location was very good.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed during my stay. It was opened only once or twice.
In the evening they had no activity or music.
There was no hair salon for ladies. There was only one available for men.
The Hotel didn’t had umbrellas for guests to borrow. They were available for sale only.
The bed was very soft and it wasn’t comfortable.

Clean Rooms, Good Service, and Fantastic Breakfast
Pros:

We stayed at Grand Cevahir Hotel & Convention Center Istanbul during a break between our flights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable and well suited for a short stay and rest before continuing our journey.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after travelling. The service throughout our stay was very good, with friendly and helpful staff always available when needed.

One of the highlights was the brilliant breakfast, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty food with plenty of variety to start the day well.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend Grand Cevahir Hotel & Convention Center Istanbul for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and an excellent breakfast in Istanbul.
