تعامل الموظف عندما قدمت له حجز من بوكينق لم يرغب في استقبالي وكان يرغب في ان بتم الحجز من قبله في الاستقبال اتذكر اسمه ايردميركان
وكان يقول لي لن تدخل الا غدا ورمى بجوازي وحجزي وقال للموظفة قومي ب انهاء دخوله

Ok for a short stay but not comfortable
Pros:

We enjoyed the spa, the convenience of the location, and the front desk staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were not sound proofed, we had to move because of this as we were here for recovery after surgery. After we moved to top floor, we were disturbed by noisy meetings and continuous knocks from the cleaners so it was no better. The bathroom fan was so loud we had to keep the door shut. The food options were pretty basic, quite bland and flavorless albeit a large menu.

Quite a nice stay, we were pleased
Pros:

Excellent pool, massage and gym. Quiet rooms.
Beautiful lobby and handy complimentary drinks/snacks for residents of Suite rooms served at the lobby.
Special thanks to porter Dogukan and massage therapist Rini for their top professional services.

Cons:

Smell in the rooms - sometimes we felt either the smell of smoke or smell of mould coming through room ventilation, especially bathroom.
The area the hotel is in is not the best but ok.

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

Great hotel, the breakfast has it all and a chef making eggs and omelet, great gym with all you need, good and clean pool and area.

Great serviceminded staff, especially our housekeeper, Nese, she is amazing, kind, serviceminded and makes our room look and smell incredible every day.

Thanks for the great service Nese and for making us feel at home.

Greta experience at Turkish baths
Pros:

Incredible experience with the pasha package. I got about two hours worth of a massage then a full Turkish bath experience. My technician was thorough and effective. I feel great and clean afterwards. A+
