The ambiance was excellent, and the service was outstanding.

Ms. Nurcan E., provided exceptional service in assisting us with our order. She demonstrated remarkable patience, particularly as it was our first day at the hotel, and effectively communicated all necessary information despite her English not being very strong.

Güler Yüzlü ve Yardımsever Personel, Rahat Bir Konaklama
Pros:

Odamız çok güzeldi; yatağımız ise şimdiye kadar gördüğümüz en büyük ve rahat yataktı. Housekeeping ekibinden ilgilenen hanım çok güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Resepsiyondaki Burak Bey bize büyük destek oldu, Doğukan Bey ise oteli bizlere tanıttı. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Kibar, güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı çalışanlara sahip bir otel, her zaman tercih edilmeyi hak eder.

Pros:

We booked a triple room for two nights through the Turkish Airline stopover program. We were able to check in super early at around 7 am for free, and the sofabed was prepared within 10 minutes. The room might be a little bit small for three adults though. There is a wide selection of choices for breakfast (6:30-10:30am).

My mom, who stayed there, said that the pillow was too big and hard at first. After she complained, the staff has changed it with another one during their cleaning process. She was very impressed!

Definitely coming back again!
Pros:

I have booked 8 days in this hotel. Nothing less than expected from a five star hotell. Nurcan Esoglu give premium experience and she very nice with the customer. She is the best.
