Сотрудники были на высшем уровне, хочу поблагодарить каждого за внимательное отношение к гостям. Также хочу отместить чистоту в номерах, особенно удобную и чистую постель. Бонусом бассейн, что был один из критерий при выборе отеля.

Pros:

Location is good and comfortable. We could walk around easily and 24x7 supermarket just 5 minutes. Restaurant within hotel also good with elaborated menu and reasonable price.

Cons:

We had early checkout at 23:00PM on 22nd August. Person at reception had too poor communication skills and generated lot of misunderstandings. There was nobody to move our stuff from reception to taxi and when taxi arrived, a hotel staff appeared and stood close to cab. We had to literally bed him to put our heavy stuff in cab.
