Not 4 star
Pros:

The location is great and the coffee shop is one of the only places I could find that actually does pretty decent coffee.

Cons:

This hotel has a long way to go in terms of general service. The staff are polite but not friendly. Service is exceptionally slow.
There is no way these rooms are 4 star. This is 3 at a push. The rooms are tired and dated. My carpet and lots of stains on it and the side of the bath was falling off. I got water replaced the first morning but not again.
The hotel restaurant is over priced and the cocktail list is same price as London but really poorly made.
As Uzbekistan starts to open up more to tourism, if this hotel wants to market itself as a genuine 4 star, it has a long way to go.

понравилось расположение, персонал, большой номер, оснащение номера (кофемашина, утюг+гладильная доска, чайник), завтрак, открытый бассейн, территория вокруг него, лежаки зонты, розы

Pros:

The property is very well located and the staff is very helpful and very polite.. the guys at the reception specially the night shift guys are very polite and ever ready to help.. they always made things easy for us whether it was accommodating our request at the hotel or give suggestions on sightseeing or helping us book a taxi.. always with a smile and ready to assist.. very truly were happy with our stay..
