Not a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Nice gardens

Cons:

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Service was poor, slow, unfriendly, forgetful. Common areas were old fashioned and cheap. Room was ok but very basic with old furniture. Breakfast was very limited and the food in general was average.
