Clean, comfy rooms and at great location! Customer Service is lacking.
Pros:

The room was huge and very clean. I enjoyed the comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice, too. The parking lot was well lit, and although it was busy, there was plenty of good parking close to the doors. The lobby has cute fall decor. The breakfast was well stocked and clean. There was plenty of room to move around, get your food, and sit and eat.

Cons:

For the most part, the staff was unfriendly and off-putting. At check-in, the girl seemed as if we were bothering her. I am a very friendly and courteous person. She said maybe 3 words and looked offended when I said thank you. Our room key stopped working, and a very nice lady helped us get it fixed, asked how our stay was, and hoped we had a great rest of our stay. When we were leaving, we passed housekeeping, and she barked at us to ask if we were leaving. We said yes, and she barked to ask what room, and then just walked away. It was very rude.

Needs updates to hotel
Cons:

This is the 2nd time staying here in a month and got the same room as last time 226, they need to fix thst door and some other things in the room. Black mold on A/C unit, towel hook in bathroom still falling off. Need better breakfast cause the biscuits and gravy (biscuits are still not cook all the way and doughy). Its under dog friendly hotel and they aren't and when I got there had to spend an extra $180 for my dogs, had i known thst I would have stayed at another place that wouldn't have charged me for my dogs.

Overall fine, just the one thing stated above
Pros:

I really liked the area, easy access to the highway

Cons:

They left me off the list for housekeeping. Had to wait in the lobby till they were done. I stayed 7 nights, why was I left off this list?
