Pros:

Propreté, bâtisse atypique, lit king size, très calme, réception 24h/24

Cons:

Pas de parking ou bien place de parking souterrain à 18€/jour... Obligés de se garer dans la rue... Pour 1 nuit à 135€ j'aurai attendu de pouvoir game voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété

The Hotel....I had my motorbike & personal items stolen outside of Peterborough hotel in England on 1st night of group trip heading to Pyrenees.....Had to return home to Scotland...contacted the hotel explaining circumstances, requesting consideration for this, a credit for later once sorted etc...took ages to engage with me, declined the request stating booking policy conditions, even though it was almost 2 weeks until scheduled stay & I'd been robbed...

Very poor form Guys, glad I never stayed, definitely won't next month 👎

Hat uns gefallen wegen der nahen Strände, etwa in Laredo. Santurtzi selbst ist nicht zu empfehlen

Gute Lage, schöner Park, nettes Personal

Cons:

Ziemlich heruntergekommen, auf der Terrasse schmutziger Teppich. Gilt als hundefreundlich, Hund durfte aber nicht ins Restaurant und nicht in den Frühstücksraum. Trotzdem mussten wir für Hund Fr.20.- pro Tag bezahlen

La ubicación buena, el edificio precioso, el diseño, arquitectura…
Las vistas apenas se podían apreciar desde la habitación, supongo que más alto hubiera sido mejor. Pase un fin de semana diferente y tranquilo que era a lo que iba.

Cons:

No tenía wifi, el desayuno no estaba incluido para el precio de la habitación. Estuve en un segundo piso, parecía más estar en el sótano, olía a humedad, un poco laberíntico el espacio.
En resumen calidad/ precio un poco excesivo el precio.

La habitación que nos dieron olía a moho y humedad y así olía todo el pasillo nos tuvimos que ir por qué no se podía respirar nos devolvieron el dinero por qué nos fuimos después de hablar con Booking por qué allí no nos lo solucionaban así que nos chafaron el fin de semana y nos tuvimos que ir a casa

En general el hotel estaba bien.

Cons:

Viendo que se trataba de un palacio la expectativa era superior. Todas las habitaciones se encuentran debajo del palacio con vistas al puerto. La pega es que justo delante de nuestra ventana pasaba el tren de cercanías. Un poco molesto. Por reservar con booking no nos dejaron reservar parking. No fue mayor problema porque aparcamos delante en la calle gratuitamente.
