The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. The quality of the bed is very important to me, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Being chosen as the Guests of the Day was such a lovely and heartwarming surprise. Thank you for the delicious sweets—they were a wonderful treat. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back!

Cons:

Nothing, really. Before our stay, I had read some negative reviews mentioning bedbugs, so I was a little worried. However, we had no such experience at all.

Está bien comunicado y es un hotel muy silencioso, se descansa bien.

Cons:

A pesar de ser un NH, no te limpian la habitación a no ser que estés 4 noches. Nos tocó hacernos las camas y recoger la habitación todos los días cuando lo cómodo de un hotel es justo eso. Además había un olor fuerte a humedad en el baño.

Очень удобные кровати, прекрасные завтраки, приятный персонал и удачное центральное расположение
Pros:

Сразу по приезду очень понравилась встреча на ресепшен администратором Антониной. Она была очень приветливой, подсказала наилучший вариант парковки, а также посоветовала отличные места для ужина поблизости. Также, возле стойки ресепшен был столик с бесплатными приветственными напитками (вода с лимоном и вода с огурцом). Кровати в номерах были очень удобными, постель белоснежной. В номере есть чайник и чай. Завтраки был довольно разнообразен (омлет, сосиски, запеченый картофель из горячих блюд)нарезки ветчина, сыр, фрукты, хумус, йогурты,хлопья, различная выпечка и десерт, соки, чай, кофе. Очень приятный тот факт что время завтрака до 11, а не до 10 как часто бывает, что позволяет не спешить и выезд в 12, что тоже сейчас почему то редкость. Остались очень довольны. Если снова будем в Будапеште, остановимся здесь снова. Спасибо
