Our stay was brief, bed very comfortable, room very scarce of anything other than the bed in it…

Location is really good

Cons:

On the fourth floor we were woken at 6am by 45 tables being dragged across the balcony above, we could count each one as it scraped across the floor. Thankfully it only lasted about 25 minutes 🙈

Great location for Palermo
Pros:

Location is everything and in the middle of a heat wave the air conditioning was fantastic. The bed was comfy the staff was great and it’s right off of Quatro County. A wonderful place to stay

La mejor ubicación de Palermo
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es extraordinaria. Está a 20 metros de Quattro Canti. Para estar un par de días en Palermo, como fue nuestro caso, fue excelente, llegas caminando a todos lados.
El desayuno es en la terraza, con una vista preciosa.

Cons:

Nada, todo estuvo perfecto.

Palermo Perfect!
Pros:

Perfect location to everything we wanted to see. They even gave us a larger room than we had booked. They were quick to respond to all our concerns before our arrival. Nice large bathroom and shower, especially for Italy. Very clean and nice and welcoming staff.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great for our visit.

Super Lage

Cons:

Frühstücksraum hat eher Kantinenstyle. Frühstückspersonal war eher unmotiviert. 1 1/2 h vor Frühstücksende kein Orangensaft mehr.

Splendido soggiorno di due notti a Palermo
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Personale accogliente e cordiale. Camera ben insonorizzata, climatizzata. Letti comodi. Presente un frigo per rinfrescare qualche bevanda personale.

Cons:

Migliorerei la fornitura di asciugamani. Oltre a quello da bidet e a quello grande (per la doccia) avrei sentito la necessità di quello intermedio. Capisco che è stato fatto per la sostenibilità.

Excelent location makes up for Hotels shortcomings
Pros:

Best location you can get! Directly on the hystorical city center. Breakfast is served on the top of the building with a beautiful view on the church towers and other hystorical buildings. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Room we stayed in was outdated and the view from the room looks at the abandoned, run-down building. While showering the water escapes outside the shower cabin. Breakfast could use some improvements.
