No m'ha agradat, altres hotels d'aquesta cadena que conec estan bé, però aquest és decebedor.
Pros:

La situació de l'hotel és bona, cèntric en un barri molt dinàmic.

Cons:

La recepció fa pudor de clavaguera, la dutxa te floridura per totes parts; al terra, les parets i a les sortides d'aigua. Fa bastant de fàstic dutxar-se. La neteja de l'habitació en general no gaire bona. l'esmorzar molt poc variat i molt sencill. Els sucs del matí ni tan sols aconseguien que els polvos estiguin disolts.

Najlepsza lokalizacja w Palermo !!!
Pros:

Nie ma bardziej centralnej lokalizacji . Miła uczynna pomocna obsługa . A sala śniadaniowa na tarasie wymiata !!!

Gute Wahl für ein günstiges Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt von Palermo. Fussläufig alles bestens erreichbar.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, besser geht es nicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Beim Frühstück fehlt ein vernünftiges Brot oder richtige Brötchen.
Die Obstauswahl ist sehr klein.

Pros:

La posizione, staff disponibile, buona la pulizia e letti comodi.

Cons:

La stanza presentava carenze strutturali ( muffa, infissi molto malconci), bagno inadeguato, condizionatore rumoroso che non raffreddava la stanza.
Come da foto allegate si può notare che i letti non corrispondevano alle testate e la luce, che dovrebbe essere a lato del letto, era SOPRA il letto!!
Mobilio degno solo di una pensione anni 50 di pessima qualità .
La colazione scarsa, soprattutto il salato, macchina per le bevande vecchia, erogava succhi scadenti.
Bella la terrazza ma non pulita, poco curata, gli ombrelloni chiusi non permettevano di consumare la colazione all'aperto.

Excellent location but felt more like a hostel than a hotel experience.
Pros:

Excellent location and attentive staff.

Cons:

Poor ventilation: mold in shower, A/C didn’t work properly despite visits from staff; we asked for a fan to circulate the air but didn’t receive one. Temperature never dropped below 26. It may have just been our room but we weren’t offered an alternative.

Close to everything but expect some noise from a street
Pros:

Very close but the Quattro Canti intersection and Via Roma meant everything was within easy reach. Our room had a great view of Piazza Pretoria fountain. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Our bathroom needed basic maintenance and our air conditioner worked but sounded noisy and probably needs a good service. The roof top breakfast was quite ordinary.
