I would not stay here again, it is not as advertised in the photos and should be categorized as a hostel with private rooms (not a hotel). The pictures have been enhanced and do not accurately reflect the rooms.

Cons:

Rooms were not as photographed. There is a strong unpleasant smell in the lobby. We asked to switch rooms as the baseboard was coming off the wall and the room was not as pictured. Only after the door knob fell off our door were we switched rooms and we couldn’t get a refund to just leave. I had a very early flight departure and a staff ordered a taxi for the wrong time and I had to run to catch a shuttle and almost missed my flight.

Top ist die Lage, besser geht es nicht. Das Frühstück wurde in einem tollen Rooftop Restaurant mit Blick auf den Fountain of Shame angeboten. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Alte dunkle Einrichtung, ein winziges Bad mit Schimmel. Habe nicht geduscht. Blick in einen dunklen Schacht, wo die Wände mit schweren Eisenträgern abgestützt werden mussten. Das ganze Zimmer war feucht, die Bettwäsche klamm. Die durchgeschwitzte Kleidung war am kommenden Morgen noch so nass wie am Vorabend.

Perfect location in the heart of Palermo!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is situated right in the heart of Palermo at a main intersection, sitting directly on one of the two primary streets. This makes it incredibly convenient to walk to all the major sights and attractions.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive—it was a real pleasure interacting with them and solving any quick questions we had.

Another great feature is the affordable breakfast (around €9), which is served on the rooftop terrace. It offers a beautiful, scenic view over the city and is a fantastic way to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palermo!

Hôtel très bien rénové au coeur du Quattro Canti. Proximité immédiate de tout.
Calme preservé.
Vue sur la fontaine Pretoria.

Pros:

Excellent apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The host was welcoming and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

No m'ha agradat, altres hotels d'aquesta cadena que conec estan bé, però aquest és decebedor.
Pros:

La situació de l'hotel és bona, cèntric en un barri molt dinàmic.

Cons:

La recepció fa pudor de clavaguera, la dutxa te floridura per totes parts; al terra, les parets i a les sortides d'aigua. Fa bastant de fàstic dutxar-se. La neteja de l'habitació en general no gaire bona. l'esmorzar molt poc variat i molt sencill. Els sucs del matí ni tan sols aconseguien que els polvos estiguin disolts.
