Great location
Pros:

Great location in the city center.
Parking is tricky (down a narrow & winding entrance) so leave this to the hotel management.
Good breakfast.
The bathroom needs a light at the mirror above the sink.

The location is very central to visiting historical places.

Cons:

Bathroom with bath which is very high to climb in. Bath with mould all around..Was given a bedroom which was exceptionally gloomy and without a window.. Breakfast is very poor!

Pros:

The quad room was very large and spacious. The roof top breakfast area had an amazing view and a nice way to start the morning with eggs, yogurt, pastries, salami and coffee. The location could not have been better! Just a few steps away from Quattro Canti and the heart of Palermo. So many restaurants, shops and historical sites all within a short walk from the hotel. The train station was also a short walk. The staff was very attentive and helpful with restaurant reservations and other needs.

Cons:

There was no ventilation in the bathroom of the quad room and there were visible signs of mold.

Just at the hearth of the old city
Pros:

The hotel’s location was brilliant—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything. They were also very helpful with parking for those arriving by car.

Cons:

As it is a city hotel, there aren’t many hotel services available, but it's ok!

Great location, tricky parking
Pros:

Great location near squares & restaurants.

Cons:

There was no light near the sink & mirror.
Parking is in a narrow underground space. My (rental) car had to be parked by a hotel staff member. Information about this was not clear until I had arrived.

Super Lage - sonst negative Erfahrung mit dem Hotel

Und wurde bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Upgrade in die Suite bekommen hätten.
Die “Suite” entpuppte sich als einfach großes altes Hotelzimmer welches nur über die Feuertreppe im Hinterhof zu erreichen ist. Zudem musste man die Koffer mehrere Treppen hochtragen, da der Aufzug defekt war. Die Einrichtung in der “Suite” war sehr abgewohnt. Überall fanden sich Kratzer und Verschmutzungen. Außerdem gab es ein Insektenproblem. Mehrere Ameisen liefen immer wieder durch das Zimmer.
In der Dusche fand sich Schimmel und die versprochene Regendusche tropfte aus allen Anschlüssen und führte zusammen mit dem maximal lauwarmen Wasser zu einem negativen Duscherlebnis. Außerdem fand sich im Schlafzimmer Schimmel an der Wand (Foto anbei)
Im großen und Ganzen eine negative Erfahrung.
Ich vermute, dass das “normale” Hotel ausgebucht war und wir daher in ein “altes” Zimmer umgebucht wurden. Anders kann ich mir die sonst guten Bewertungen nicht erklären.
