Clean and well presented
Nothing really, just some building work, but it wasn’t a problem
A lovely hotel in a great location with the friendliest and most helpful staff
Excelente desayuno
The location was nice
They let a drunk person that stayed the night before bang on my door at midnight and refused to leave. They had to come and escort her from the premises. She was allowed access just by giving the room number. I have meetings all day and I’m exhausted
Fantastisk personale. Vi følte os virkelig værdsat som gæster. Gode og store værelser. Fin morgenmad.
Kaffen kunne selvfølgelig have været bedre, men hvor kan den ikke det?Og så ville det være dejligt at dørene til værelserne kunne lukkes uden larm, men hvor kan de det?
I’ve stayed in a few hotels recently both in UK and abroad but the Holiday Inn just ticked every box. Price/Location and unbelievably friendly staff. Even the small details in the rooms. Comfy big beds. Air con. Mirrors with sockets for dryers. Two diff types of shower heads in the shower. Anti condensation measures in bathroom. Fab hair and beauty products. Massive wall mounted tv. Tea and coffee etc etc etc. I could go on but you get the vibe here. For this level… just a well thought out hotel. 🙏
The staff were very unfairly beautiful and charming. Made me feel like a very average human being 😂
This hotel is in a great location, right next to Camden Locks and a short walk to the markets. The room was nice, breakfast was lovely. Shout out to the breakfast team who were very friendly and attentive - in particular Aasha. There was a little noise early in the morning from the Wetherspoons next door loading/ unloading but nothing too major.
I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn London Camden Lock. The location is fantastic, right beside Camden Market and Regent’s Canal, making it a great base for exploring London. I was lucky to have a room overlooking the canal, and the peaceful view every morning was one of the highlights of my stay.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh choices, but what really made the experience special was the breakfast team.
A special thank you to Aasha and her colleagues Nikee, and Obero for their warm hospitality. They were always friendly, attentive, and made guests feel welcome. Aasha even left me a handwritten note saying, “Good morning. Have a lovely day.” I was travelling alone in London, and such a small gesture genuinely made my day.
Thank you to the whole breakfast team for making every morning such a pleasant start. I would happily stay here again.
100% recommendations for this place, we loved it. Aasha in the breakfast room very helpful and welcoming to. Thank you
From initial greeting at reception to upon us leaving was all welcoming and friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Room was lovely with a personal greeting, comfy bed nice bathroom. Staff happy to help and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, hot plate food was fresh and tasty, not been sat out for ages. Aasha was helpful and very happy to assist. Photos addded was from our room over the canal
Die Lage war perfekt, das Hotel sehr sauber und das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Everything was perfect.Staffs are excellent,Aasha,Amir and Nikee are very lovely, they are perfect at their job very responsible
Clean hotel friendly staff good location for bar's restaurants and all to see in Camden town
Extremely attentive staff
Thankyou vrushali & shiv for making me feel so welcome
Exelent crew
Amazing bed
Good exipieince
Good location Close to the venue that I was attending a gig at. Close to restaurants bars and shops.
The view from the room I had was just of a building site. On a previous visit I had had one overlooking Camden lock. It is a shame that there isn’t a different pricing structure for the rooms with different views. There was also building weren’t going on in the hotel some areas boarded off, I was not aware of this prior to my booking.
The staff who greeted me on arrival were very friendly, the staff in the restaurant when I had breakfast were fantastic, incredibly helpful polite and friendly. One member of staff unfortunately was not helpful and caused me some travel delay because when I asked her about the tube disruption and the beat alternative tube route, she looked it up and told me there was no delay. She didn’t seem sure of her reply, and it turns out there was still significant disruption impacting my planned journey. As a result I had a very difficult time trying to plan my journey outside the tube station rather than back in the hotel where I felt safe and had reliable internet connection . It would be better if a member of staff would admit that they actually don’t know the answer to a question or ask assistance from somebody who does rather than just making up something and saying it’s all fine when it is not.
