I’ve had an absolutely perfect stay, the location is unmatched in the heart of Camden with a stunning view. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Rajel at reception is especially kind and always available to help. I would highly recommend others to stay here.
Bed, pillows and duvet were very comfortable. Shower was very nice.

We stayed one night over the baking hot bank holiday weekend. Camden was, not surprisingly, crazily busy, crowded and noisy, but the Holiday Inn was an oasis of peace & quiet, and blissfully cool. We stayed in a Premium twin room (two double beds), recently refurbished, and its was excellent. Really spacious by London standards, fabulous beds, spotlessly clean, quiet. Nice bathroom with high quality toiletries, effective a/c and reliable Wi-Fi. It overlooked a brick wall, but didn't matter for one night. Basic hospitality tray, no biscuits :( but easily replenishable if you ask reception. Lovely, friendly, efficient staff throughout. Excellent breakfast (included).
Close to good bus routes (or underground) into central London.
Price-wise - well, you're in London, so it is what it is.
All positives and no negatives for this hotel.
Excellent comfort and location!
Location. Comfortable room and beds.
Building work being undertaken at the hotel. All we could see from our room was scaffolding against the window and construction rubble. No proper bar or restaurant, just a make shift one in the basement.
All this would have been OK if we had been informed before we paid up front, NON refundable. NOT after we had paid, NON refundable. Then we could have made an informed decision as to if we wanted to go ahead with the booking. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. We felt as if we had been cheated and deliberately mis-led.
Me and a friend came to Camden for a little girls getaway we both had such a lovely time we were given a free room upgrade of a view of the lock.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful always a smile on their faces we didn’t get their names apart from Nikki and Asha at breakfast. The breakfast was very tasty, the only thing missing I would say is no veggie sausages but there was so much to choose from it wasn’t an issue and well worth the money.
The hotel was very clean and beds were so comfortable.
Looking forward to staying again and making it a longer stay next time.
Thank you everyone at holiday inn Camden lock
The breakfast and service was amazing. Love the little post notes ❤️
looking at nothing but scaffolding from our room window.
Daughters bed was so hard (sofa bed)
For the price would of liked something better than staff saying we was going to upgrade you but here's two drink vouchers. I would of rather had the upgrade. My daughter has dust allergies we still had lots of dust above the headboard and couldn't open windows as lots of dirt dust on ledge.
Very comfortable bed and lovely helpful staff. Thank you Mukta, Sadaqat and team!
Perfect location, comfortable bed
Beautiful location and view! The staff were so attentive.
Comfortable bed and a good, spacious and very clean room. The pillows weren't great, as soon as you put your head on them they went flat so not supportive at all.
As above, the pillows weren't supportive for my neck at all. There was also building works directly opposite the hotel, luckily I woke before they started in the morning but it was too early to wake up!
