Pros:

We stayed at this property only one night, unfortunately. We love it love it love it.
It was on the way to an all-inclusive resort
The staff treats you like family is great and the property is beautiful. I wish we spend more time here and less time at the all inclusive
Also lots of things to do in the old town

Le staff était très bien, le petit-déjeuner également.
L’emplacement est top.

Cons:

L’isolation des chambres est inexistante, on étend tout (dehors et les autres chambres).
La piscine est plutôt sale.
Manque de prises électriques dans la chambre (une seule à côté du lit et une autre sur un bureau).
L’éclairage de la chambre est insuffisant.
Les équipements de ménages traînent un peu partout.

Truly magical hotel
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel with old town on the doorstep full of shops, bars and restaurants. The room was lovely and cleaned daily by very trustworthy staff. The last time we stayed here was in January so it was great to be able to use the gorgeous swimming pool this time. Never any shortage of sunbeds as a lot of people go out exploring. The breakfast here was wonderful, something different every day, something for everyone and an omlette/pancake station which were made to order. They think of everything, you can get towels for the pool from reception. The staff are what make this place special. Baska is like an energiser bunny, always smiling and laughing, absolutely gorgeous lady, she never stops. Sebastian is a real gentleman and nothing is too much trouble. And there is Ege, what a sweetheart, he can't do enough for you and he is amazing. Can't recommend this hotel enough it's stunning! Can't wait to stay again!

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal , sehr gute Lage tolles Hotel . Waren leider nur für 1 Nacht dort . Zimmer sauber leider kein Doppelbett aber das war für 1 Nacht ok .

La Turchia è stupenda e questo hotel è spettacolare

Era tutto perfetto, la proprietaria era super simpatica e disponibile, veramente una bella persona. Lo staff era grandioso (per staff intendo tutti quanti, assolutamente un alto livello di competenza). La colazione, mai vista così sostanziosa e varia (forse sulle navi da crociera potrebbero competere). C'era qualsiasi tipo di cibo, non so a che ora iniziavano a lavorare in cucina, probabilmente alle 3 di notte :-) perchè alle 7 era tutto fresco e pronto. Lo staff di sala molto gentile ed efficiente, le camere super pulite (c'era pure caffè, te ecc a disposizione). I receptionist veramente molto bravi (mi hanno consigliato anche una giornata di snorkeling ed è stato meraviglioso, organizzato alla perfezione con un prezzo super conveniente e qua si vede l'onestà dell'hotel verso i propri clienti). Posizione manco a dirlo, 3 minuti a piedi dal mare e 2 minuti dal centro della old town. Tra l'altro l'hotel ha una caratteristica fantastica, è situato in una via tranquillissima però a 2 minuti ci sono bar, negozi, ristoranti ecc. Ho pensato vari giorni se ci fosse anche solo una minima cosa che non andava bene, ma nulla, era tutto spettacolare. Ah dimenticavo, la piscina è super curata e completa l'hotel alla perfezione. E' sicuramente un hotel adatto a tutti, io ho viaggiato da solo però ci tornerei volentieri anche in coppia. E' adattissimo anche alle famiglie. Ci sono un sacco di altre cose che non sto ad elencare ma questo hotel è ancora meglio di come l'ho descritto.

Hidden gem in old town.
Pros:

Just returned had an amazing time in this hidden gem. Lovely staff all amazing from booking in staff to restaurant, bar staff, cleaners, chefs all polite helpful. And made stay really special. Room with balcony very clean and comfy. Food (half board) was tasty and great variety. Pool so nice on very hot days. Close to marina. Want to return when cooler so can explore old town and other areas more. Katherine and Karl.

Déçue pour le prix.
Pros:

Localisation dans la vieille ville.

Cons:

Chambre petite, salle de bains minuscule. Arbres juste devant la fenêtre donc pas de vue. Oreillers très fermes et pas de possibilité d'en obtenir de plus moelleux. Hôtel vieillissant qui mériterait un rafraîchissement.
