Pros:

Very disappointed with our stay. The staff was unprofessional and not really attentive to guests. The breakfast was extremely limited with very few options, making it difficult to enjoy after a few days.
Daily housekeeping was also done very late in the day, which was quite inconvenient. The rooms are old, outdated, and do not really match the photos or the expected standard.
The only real positive point of this hotel is the beach, which is beautiful. Apart from that, our overall experience was not satisfying.👎👎👎

Pros:

Immer noch ein wunderschön gelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, der Strand sauber und wunderschön zum Baden! Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Man ist schnell in Chaweng und ebenso in Lamai. Ein 7/11 ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich. Bei der Buchung unbedingt darauf achten, das ihr die Zimmer zur Meerseite auswählt, sonst wird es aufgrund der Straße laut.

Alles war super (wir sind nicht so pingelig 😉)

Bon séjour dans un très beau complexe en front de mer.
Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bon et varié.
La plage est belle et profonde. Le resort est magnifique et calme.

Cons:

L’emplacement nécessite de prendre un taxi pour se déplacer. Impensable de marcher le long de la route très fréquentée.
Nos draps étaient déchirés ainsi que le rideau en voilage. Hormis le petit déjeuner nous avons trouvé l’ambiance austère. Le restaurant est vide tous les jours.7

Being elderly the steps were a challenge but it wouldn’t stop us staying again.fabulous
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Beautiful beach. Big swimming pool. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

Cons:

Too many steps. No lift
Needed taxi to go anywhere as the road was not really safe as no pavement.
Shower fittings need replacing. Also the spa glass need a window cleaner.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.Man darf sich nicht auf die Fotos im Internet verlassen.Einrichtung ziemlich alt und dreckig.Keine Empfehlung Zimmer in den 400 Bereich zu nehmen.Die Zimmertür geht zur Straße raus.Abends ist es dort wie auf einer Rennstrecke und man denkt, die Straße verläuft durch das Zimmer.Wir konnten zum Glück das Zimmer wechseln. Kein Aufzug...Viele Stufen zu laufen.Die Auflagen der Liegen, haben auch schon bessere Jahre gesehen.Frühstück o.k.Die Betten waren so hart,als ob man auf einer Holzpritsche gelegen hätte.

The resort itself is a beautiful property and location is good, right at the beach and close to all amenities.

Cons:

Cleanliness I can give 2/10 the most. Bathroom malfunctions, leaking pipes, staff seemed unbothered, food facilities could be cleaner.

Few lights in room didn’t work

Beach chairs were extremely uncomfortable and needed renewing

Got harassed by a man (other hotel guest) in the lobby at 2am and the receptionist was just laughing….

The front office person made all the difference to make my stay comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a quiet zone of the island

Cons:

My room was with sea view but in the rear there was the main road, which is very noisy. I asked to change room and they give me a more quiet one.
