Please be advised that lift services are not offered at this property. Guests must access the room via stairway or long walkway. Please contact the property directly for additional information and for updates on available amenities. The road adjacent to Hyatt Vacation Club at Piñon Pointe is undergoing renovation August 2025 through November 1, 2026. The large hot tub is temporarily closed for maintenance. The pool and small hot tub remain open at this time. The road adjacent to Hyatt Vacation Club at Piñon Pointe is undergoing renovation through August 2026. Please anticipate construction noise Monday through Friday between the hours of 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some overnight work starting as early as 3 a.m. The pool and hot tubs will be closed intermittently for refurbishment Aug. 16 to Oct. 28, 2026, with full closure Sept. 21 to Oct. 3.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent stay in Sedona, could haver stayed for longer
Pros:

Lots of space in the apartment, nice private outdoor area, excellent gym and pool.

Cons:

Bin in kitchen should have a lid to deter the cockroaches.

The walls are very thin and can hear-see through gaps in the door threshold. You hear everything. But for maintenance, I saw the mold peering through the shower seams and wall corners. The studio was cramped and the couch needs to be better configured for movement thru the small suite.

Cons:

Noise. The door separating our suite from the next did nothing for soundproofing. For an older property charging premium prices, this should be updated. One of the hot tubs was out of service with no evidence that a fix was ongoing. Again, premium prices and out of order facilities is not acceptable.

We wanted to have some rest and relaxation in an enjoyable resort and this spot met the bill!
Pros:

This resort is awesome. The location, just steps from Uptown Sedona is unbeatable. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops without having to fight for a parking space which also saves you time and money. The views from the pool deck are amazing. The room we got was spacious and came with a full size refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher and even a double stack washer and dryer. It was set up with all the dishes, glassware and cooking utensils you would ever need. A family could easily live in this space! I didn't realize there was a full fitness center, game room with pool table, and hot tubs and fire pits to enjoy as well. Staff was friendly and efficient as well. This place is well worth the cost and is a great spot to stay in Sedona regardless of your plans. Highly recommend. I myself worked in hotels for 35 years and I can say this spot has everything you need.

Cons:

The latch to lock the door to the balcony was a little wonky so it needs to be adjusted please.
