Lage. Zimmer. Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Es gab keine Handtücher – auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Wollte abends nach einem Konzert noch duschen. Das einzige, was ich zum Abtrocknen bekommen habe, war ein Bademantel. Personal zudem beim Auschecken super unfreundlich.

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, es war sehr heiß im Zimmer, Zimmer hatte Balkon, aber es gab keinen Zugang zum Balkon

Der Zustand der Zimmer und des gesamten Gebäudes. Leider wird nichts mehr in Ordnung gebracht. Flecken im Teppich, Möbel fallen auseinander, Vorhänge hängen auf halb acht. Geputzt wird nur noch nach Aufforderung

Super freundliches Personal an Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder an der Bar ; außer das Housekeeping, welches weder ein guten Morgen noch ein Lächeln übrig hatte
Großes Zimmer mit Balkon, minibar inklusive, angenehme Betten

Cons:

Etwas abgewohnt; der Teppich sehr fleckig, der Toilettendeckel sehr gelb beim hochheben, Handtücher hatten teilweise Löcher

Unfreundlich, genervtes Check In Personal. Freundlichkeit absolut Fehl am Platz. Beschwerde nicht Ernst genommen. Keine

Sauberkeit. Es roch muffig. Auf dem Boden im Nassbereich lagen überall schwarze lange Haare. Im Duschbereich war überall Schimmel. Selbst vor der Dusche war eine typische „Putzecke“ bei der all das oben beschriebene zusammentrifft. Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel kenne und erwarte ich einen anderen Standard.

Für den Preis zu teuer. Wie eben ganz Berlin.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Der Sekt hätte besserer da sein können.

Cons:

Die Lichter der Schalter im Zimmer nerven. Das Nachtlicht über den Bewegungsmelder neben dem Bett ist ein grauen. Der Zimmerservice in der angebotenen Art hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Wenn Hotel dann auch täglicher Zimmereinigung.
