Pros:

The hotel is spotless and the staff so friendly and helpful took time to say hello even after check in. Isabella lovely lady talked to me even though she was having lunch. Avo in the restaurant a real nice gentleman nothing was to much trouble for anyone the way hotels should be. Sadly not all are

My stay was unforgettable it’s like miserable very bad I got sick from that hotel

Great staff all around. Not far from the airport.

The staff were lovely and so helpful getting us an extra blanket and giving us a great room.

Food options for late arrivals. Maybe a list of anything near by other than the Tim Hortons which had

Poor Service - airport shuttle
Pros:

On arriving at Montreal Airport we called as requested for the hotel shuttle. They confirmed on its way and told us to wait outside door number 8. 35 mins later and cold we called again and they just said on its way. After 45minutes it arrived we got in and the driver went for a smoke - we of course loaded our own bags in the back.
On arriving at the hotel we wanted to complain and they said we could write to the manager but I wanted to also raise with corporate to be told they will not care
