The Hotel shuttle was right on time and very comfortable and hospitable.
Outstanding check in with staff on duty, answered all my questions. Outstanding breakfast, especially the service staff! Location was perfect for traveling out of the airport.
One elevator was inoperative.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was disappointing overall.
The room itself was decent and clean, and the dinner service was acceptable, although the restaurant prices were quite high.
One thing that was immediately noticeable was the strong smell of marijuana in the lobby, especially near the elevators. It created a very unpleasant first impression and did not reflect the standard we expected from a Hilton property.
However, the biggest issue was the airport shuttle service. We waited over 1.5 hours to be picked up from the airport. During that time, I called the hotel more than twice to ask what was happening, and each time I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the staff member responsible. She kept saying that the shuttle delay was due to traffic and that she had no control over it.
When the shuttle finally arrived, the driver told us that there was only one shuttle in service and that he had taken a break. This explanation did not match what we had been told by the hotel staff.
When we arrived at the hotel, I expressed my dissatisfaction, but instead of receiving an apology or any understanding, I was met with an arrogant response.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. While the rooms were fine, the poor customer service, the extremely long shuttle wait, and the smell of marijuana in the lobby completely overshadowed our stay.

Wow, the customer service at this hotel went above and beyond, thanks to Hend at the reservation office. Our flight to Montreal was delayed and we missed our connection and had to stay overnight. I am a Hilton Honors member and reserved a room at this hotel, but subsequently Air Canada informed us they would pay for a room, but the choice of hotels did not include this one. I called the Hilton, asking that the room be canceled without the 24-hour cancellation fee. At first, I was told that wasn't possible, but Hend made it possible! No charge. This was especially welcome as we were traveling to a family funeral and it was a very stressful day. I will be sure to look for a Hilton hotel first when I travel. Thank you, Hend and Hilton Garden Inn.
