Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable but disappointed our room didn’t have a window

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly
Property was clean and very central

Cons:

We upgraded to the larger room with the expense of a window.
We had two small velux windows for light but we had to go down to the front lobby to check the weather. That and the lack of an outdoor seating area was a bit disappointing.

Well-located, modern hotel with helpful staff.
Pros:

Location is excellent for walking everywhere in the old town. It’s less hectic than on the other side of the river. The hotel staff are helpful and the hotel is very clean. There is a bar and sitting area for coffee etc. The room was a reasonable size. It was quiet at the hotel and was in a safe area with a nice neighbourhood feel to it.

Cons:

It was very clean and it’s a modern hotel but some things seemed a bit ‘tired’ - but this wouldn’t put me off from staying again.

Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the old quarter but reachable by car. The breakfast buffet was ample, and included local specialties. The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.
