Great location, close to everything
Staff were ok. It no real service, bar limited to set times but luckily everything on the doorstep

Think Faulty Towers.
We had the "best room" that smelt like urine, so they mopped the floors!
The lift didn't work for two of our four day stay.
There was a coffee offering but no spoons nor milk provided.
Not moisturiser nor tissues provided which seemed odd for high end hotel.
The door didn't close without pulling it so cleaner would leave it open.
Then there's breakfast! Scrambled egg warmer wasn't plugged in so all guests ate cold eggs. Forever asking for food items to be replenished along with coffee cups and plates. Only one floor staff member can n attendance, no chef!

Ein sehr netter Receptionist hat mir seine persönlichen Restaurant Favoriten verraten.
Komfortables Bett. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Perfekte Lage.
Die Geräusche der abgestellten Klimaanlage (klicken) waren in den frühen Morgenstunden störend.
Sonst gibt es gar nichts zu bemängeln.
La ubicación es perfecta para la visita que deseábamos hacer de Girona.
Las camas, nos han resultado muy incómodas, sábanas tan metidas en el colchón que no se podían abrir y al hacerlo se desarmaba toda la cama... un desastre!!

Great location and a very comfortable bed. Efficient Aircon. Restaurant was good.
Staff appeared unenthusiastic in general. Breakfast was a punchy extra at €20 a head. Few facilities. Lift frequently out of order. A lobby but no other sitting area.
