AVOID AT ALL COST
Pros:

NOTHING!! They have security on the door & they refused me entry to check in because he said I didnt have my room key card, I was checking in !!! The noise screaming shouting arguments went on untill 5:30am reception done nothing got no sleep whatsoever, £106 for this experience, they should be utterly ashamed of themselves

We book there every time we are in Carlisle near all restaurants and bars to hotel

The shower.

Cons:

The bed wasnt very comfy i kept waking up with back pain. I also had people thumping around all night long wich wasnt quite fare as i had been working on a 2 hour zoom call all i wanted was a good nights sleep. Very overwhelming and loud. Bed wasnt comfy at all.

Hallways dirty, standard of cleanliness in the room was average and room itself for the price was not value for money could have stayed in other hotels with better facilities for less

overall the stay was not bad

the breakfast was good, the staff were polite, we were allowed to have our room early which was nice as we had travelled up from Leeds

Cons:

the room wasnt cleaned properly during our stay, the beds got made but the bathroom was not cleaned nor the floor swept, and there was a fire alarm that went off early Sunday morning, no reassurance was given, no explanation, no apology nothing
