No geral, muito boa.
Pros:

Gostei muito do cafe da manhã e das Canaã e travesseiros . A limpeza do hotel e perfeita, muito cheiroso, td muito limpo.

Cons:

Achei o quarto pequeno e o cafe da manhã muito cheio e com poucas mesas, achei o quarto sem vista.

La literie pas tres propre
Tâches d urines sur la protection du matelas avec odeur pas tres agréable.
J ai signalé sauf que la femme de ménage la enlever sans en remettre une autre le jour même
De plus, tasse à café sale et absence de capsules de café
Ai du réclamer pour avoir tasses propres
Papier par terre dans la salle de bain au 6 ème jour ai fini par ramasser
A ce demander si la le sol était lavé

Un matin pas d eau chaude pour se laver même pas prévenu pour un 5 étoiles

Cons:

No check-in pediram-nos um cartão de débito/crédito para ficar de reserva (espécie de caução). Nunca tal me pediram em nenhum hotel! Desagradável.

Sauna não estava a funcionar e nem havia ninguém no Spa para dar qualquer informação/apoio. Também não nos foi dito no chek-in.

Toalhas limpas, mas visivelmente com bastante uso.

Mini-bar vazio.

Não se caracteriza com um hotel de cinco estrelas.

Uma excelente opção em Lisboa
Pros:

Adoro me hospedar em Avenidas Novas. A Rua Tomás Ribeiro é uma graça, próxima do Corte Inglês e do Gulbenkian. Há pelo menos três boas estações de metrô nas proximidades. O hotel é super confortável, quarto amplo, banheiro com banheira, a cama excelente. O hotel fornece uma garrafa grande de água mineral, capsulas nespresso e chá diariamente. O café da manhã é delicioso. não usei o SPA e a academia, mas visitei e as instalações são ótimas. A equipe extremamente gentil. Melhor hospedagem da minha estadia na Europa nesse período.
