נעימה ובטוחה
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר טובה. צוות בחדר האוכל אדיב. בקבלה מנסים לעזור ככל שניתן .

Cons:

את השרות שניתן בקבלה על ידי עובדת הקבלה המבוגרת.(סליחה גם אני מבוגרת)
החדר לא נוקה בכל יום והמגבות לא הוחלפו. כשהערתי את תשומת לב הפקידה היא הגיבה בכעס וטענה שעלי לבקש ניקיון בכל יום וכי הניקיון היומיומי אינו וודאי.
מיותר לחלוטין וגורע ממאמצי הצוות האחר.

Europe's best breakfast buffet?
Pros:

Spotlessly clean throughout. Fantastic fitness facilities. Lovely staff. Incredible, outstanding breakfast.

Cons:

Not many vegetarian or vegan options on lunch and dinner menus (we ate elsewhere).

Some of the gym equipment needed a little maintenance.

Muy agradable la estadía y se lo recomiendo a cualquier persona el hotel
Pros:

Desayuno muy bien, ubicación cerca al metro y habitación muy cómoda y muy buen aseo.

Cons:

Kas toallas se veían algo deterioradas ( las de cuerpo, ) pero nada grave

Amazing Stay, just what we needed
Pros:

We stayed here in June 26, I've had to write a review as I read reviews before we went and was worried I made a mistake, I couldn't fault this hotel at all, everywhere was clean, room was cleaned daily, hotel lobby smelt amazing, breakfast was good and tbf I couldn't fault it for what it was, my daughters both found something to eat, we used the spa on a daily basis after out walking, my 4 year old loved the jacuzzi, the staff were so friendly, I would stay here again was really nice & friendly, my only downside was the plug in the bathroom didnt work in the bath, I mentioned to reception but was never rectified, its hard to shower a 4 year old who wont sit still, without water going everywhere. There's a few shops situated near by an aldi & a pingu, couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Отличное расположение! Хороший отель, было довольно чисто. Парковка подземная, несколько уровней, цена 9 евро за сутки. Завтрак средний по полноте и выбору блюд.
