Nice Hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Real Palacio. We stayed on the bottom floor which was great…..no elevators or stairs. Very nice people at the reception desk. The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. We’d stay there again.

Ar condicionado apenas com ventilação e ruidoso e edredão sem a opção de lençol, peça que foi pedida nas duas últimas noites, com alguma insistência, e fornecida para nós colocarmos na cama.

Overall. Stat was decent. Not sure if $150 a night justified the cost but not bad.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful at whatever time of the day. Breakfast was good quality. Overall the hotel lobby was clean and inviting.

Cons:

2 things which I did not like
1) the room was very hot. Could be human error but don’t think so. It appeared that the thermostat was not working at any setting. Should have complained about it but did not.
2) found ants on the night stand.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente, bastante variado e saboroso. O quarto é muito confortável, o hotel é bem localizado e os funcionários sempre solícitos e simpáticos.

Cons:

O chuveiro dentro da banheira dificulta muito para pessoas mais velhas. Fica inclusive perigoso.
Sugeriria ter acomodações SEM banheira, apenas com box, ficando a escolha do cliente
