The hotel is clean, in good order and has a lovely spacious pool and sun terrace.
The bar and restaurants were clean and offered a good selection of food and drinks.
We stayed in an apartment style chalet room, which was quiet, cosy and serviced 3 times in our 4 night stay.
There is an on site mini market, laundrette, gym and souvenir shop, with the nearest bars and local supermarket, a 3 minute walk away.
The hotel is a 25 min walk from the center of Caleta de Fuste, and if you're a keen walker, I'd strongly recommend the coastal walk down to town, which was very picturesque.
Its about €4 in a taxi to the centre otherwise.
There is a bus, to town and the airport.
I highly recommend the souvenir shop on site, the lady there is very talented at engraving, and did a lovely wine glass for my mother.
Bring a jacket for the evening, it was a bit chilly in the wind!
We'll definitely stay there again
Only slight negative was the food. It was ok, breakfast was nice, lunch was good with many choices available but the evening meal lacked a lot of variety unfortunately.

This is a 2 star hotel so don't expect a 5 star experience. That said we have enjoyed our stay here our room was clean ,great shower lots of hot water,no aircon but the room was cool enough . We found the pool area public areas toilets etc always clean . The animation guy works hard to entertain and the pool lifeguard takes his job seriously and is quick to stop the occasional idiot. The sunbeds are new and good quality we never had an issue getting one either. The hotel doesn't do towels so take your own All the staff we met were pleasant. The food is not the best ,breakfast was fine but as others have said it's all too cold there is a microwave so all is not lost. We go out to town at nights so can't say about entertainment in the hotel the location is not great but only a 4 euros taxi ride into caleta there is a rank outside the hotel and they arrive quickly. We got this holiday at a great price and would definitely return .

Odeur de WC qui refoule régulièrement dans la chambre.
Manque d’animation en soirée et en journée.L’animateur de l’après-midi ne proposait qu’un jeu de fléchettes et surtout nous ignore si nous ne sommes pas anglais.
Any one that leaves this place a bad review needs to give there head a wobble you get what you pay for the all inclusive is brilliant for the money staff are lovely rooms are clean food is fine we stayed for 4 nights and really really enjoyed it we WILL 100 percent be back

La ubicación, lo bastante apartado para tener tranquilidad pero aún asi cerca de Caleta de Fuste paseando si deseas algo de ambiente.
El buffet era variado y sorprende la relación calidad precio. La piscina es espectacular. El personal muy agradable
Se nota que necesita una reforma en los apartamentos, al menos el nuestro tenía detalles como puertas con holguras y los muebles, pero no es nada grave.
