Fantastic value for money hotel. We stayed during the pool closure and so glad we did. Staff were all amazing. Jordi the entertainment guy is an absolute star doing all he could for those who stayed making it so much fun. Superior double Room was fab spotlessly clean with aircon. Food was always hot and plentiful always greeted with a warm welcome into the restaurant and bar area. Guy on reception Dimitru was so helpful and always smiling. Cannot fault the place. It is slightly out the way but I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Rooms ok
Our electric kept tripping, told reception and they sent maintenance up, thought it was the fridge so they replaced it but kept tripping, asked if we wanted to move, we decided not to as we were in the middle of our friends either side. We figured it out that when next door used the hairdryer it tripped our electric! Hairdryer not great as gets too hot and stops working.
Food, not great, even our picky eaters struggled, no kids choice like chicken nuggets etc.
Pool, didn't really struggle with getting 7 beds together, not enough umbrellas though.
Pool bar, sometimes ok other times really slow, plastic cup system but didn't bother us as used to it, see if you can find other cups from those leaving!
Not much entertainment, nothing for kids as such, although the animation did do activities during the day, we made our own entertainment in the evenings!
Probably wouldn't go there again.

I teli per la piscina non sono disponibili nemmeno con una cauzione, bisogna portarli da casa o altrimenti comprarli lí.
L‘hotel é vicino all’aeroporto, ma tutto il resto (mare compreso) e molto lontano dalla struttura.
El trato del personal de 10, no me dejo a nadie de cada turno, recepción, bar piscina y bar interior, restaurante, limpieza, animadores. Desayuno completisimo. Comida variada, cada día había temática diferente, y los básicos para todo el mundo. Las bandejas siempre llenas, limpieza en todo momento. Atentos, ayudan a todo. La bebida esta genial y hay de todo. El snack esta muy bien. La habitación perfecta, cerca de la piscina, muy acogedora. Baño de la piscina impecable, limpio en todo momento. Supermercado dentro que abre hasta las 21h, y tienda de souvenirs, tienen de todo. Está en una zona que tiene bares alrededor con ambiente. En recepción te piden taxi, muy rápidos, 4-5e el trayecto a caleta de fuste y al lado merece la pena ir a la playa del castillo, aguas transparentes. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
