My partner and I stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.

When we arrived, reception asked us to leave our luggage in the storage room and return at 2:00 pm to collect the key to our apartment. Once we entered the apartment, we were genuinely shocked by its condition.

The wardrobe door was covered in mould and rust, which is a serious health concern. The balcony door had been left open because it would not close properly due to damaged hinges. There were cracks, dirt, grime and filth throughout the apartment, including between the floor and wall tiles. The beds were very hard, the furniture was worn, and the entire apartment is in desperate need of renovation.

The toilet constantly smelled of sewage and did not flush properly. Inside the cupboards we found dirt and wrappers left behind by previous guests, and the sofa was stained and dirty. Outside the apartment there were large holes in the walls and poorly finished paintwork. To make matters worse, we also found cockroaches in the room.

I immediately went to reception, showed them photos and reported all of these issues. I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. I asked if there was any solution or if we could be moved to another room, but I was simply told it wasn’t possible.

As I was getting nowhere with the hotel, I contacted Booking.com, through whom I had made the reservation. They contacted the hotel on my behalf, explaining that the accommodation was not up to a safe or acceptable standard. The following day, the hotel sent a cleaner rather than a manager. This was not a cleaning issue—it was a management issue involving unsafe and unacceptable accommodation.

The cleaner had to communicate with us using Google Translate, which was unfair on both her and us.

La primera habitación olía muy mal

La comida , era pésima. Y me encontré cucharas en los platos, lo comenté con el personal y no hubo ninguna solución.

El todo incluido es muy poblé.
En el bar piscina ni un helado y había granizados pero pagando.
De beber solo cervezas de barril , cafés, refrescos de máquina y cóctel de grifo.
A la noche le pedí una crema de whisky y también pagando.
La comida era normal y poca variedad

Los horarios son totalmente adaptados a los ingleses olvidándose por completo de los horarios españoles.
La piscina cierra a las 18h....no pude disfrutarla porque era a las hora que yo volvía de las playas o de ver la isla.
Los horarios del buffet también adaptada a ellos, especialmente las cenas... a partir de las 21:00 no reponen más comida y 21:30 recogen toda la comida y cierran puertas. Poca variedad en la comida pero aceptable en calidad precio.
Las bebidas son de grifo y dejan de servir a las 23h.
La gente pone su toalla en las tumbonas a primera hora y no la mueven de ahí hasta las 18h del cierre asique se convierte en un problema encontrar tumbonas libres....esto no debería estar

La comida poca variedad, la comida más relacionada con los extranjeros que para los españoles.
