Perfect respite on our ebike tour
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast spread, lovely calm courtyard to sit during the afternoon or evening and sip a nice drink. Great view over the valley below. Staff was very helpful to arrange a taxi from the train station for us, as well as a means to charge and secure our ebikes in their garage.

Una estancia inolvidable
Pros:

El hotel es genial, por estructura del edificio, decoración, vistas espectaculares y buena ubicación, no está en el centro pero si muy cerca y se agradece el acceso con el coche. Pero lo mejor es la amabilidad, implicación y atención de todo personal, es muy de agradecer y la pena es no haber estado algún dia más.

Прекрасный отель в пяти минутах пешком от старого города. Красивые исторические интерьеры, но современный сервис и удобства. Хорошие новые ванные комнаты, удобные кровати, чисто, качественная косметика. Очень понравилось все, обязательно буду останавливаться при путешествии через Кортону

Cons:

Единственный недостаток- не работали батареи на обогрев. И кондиционер тоже не получилось включить.

Everything was beautiful - from the kind and generous welcome of all of the staff, to the beautiful room, exceptional breakfast and surprise aperitivo. Even had a parking space reserved for us. This hotel made our visit to Cortona exceptional.

Pros:

Tout. Le bon goût a l’italienne. Raffinement à tous les niveaux : les chambres, les parties communes, le petit déjeuner… On retiendra aussi la disponibilité du personnel et les attentions particulières (à l’apéritif, après le dîner). Un séjour proche de la perfection, qui invite à renouveler l’expérience.

Vila Marsili is a lovely hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff. So happy we stayed here!

The exceptional helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at the front desk at Hotel Villa Marsili really stood out for me - they were among the nicest people we met on our 2 week visit to Italy, which is saying alot! The room and hotel building were very nice and provided for all our needs. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for breakfast as we had to leave early to catch a flight in Florence, but the restaurant staff kindly gave us a quick coffee and snack before we left. The hotel was also well located to walk to the old city without having to drive through busy streets.
