The hotel is in a very central location, within a short walking distance of the city’s main attractions. Even late at night, there are plenty of places to walk around and explore in the surrounding area.

If you are planning to travel outside the city by bus or train, both stations are also within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to get around without any stress.

Overall, the location is one of the hotel’s greatest advantages.

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel était formidable : très sympathique et attentionné. Les installations étaient très agréables et la chambre, très confortable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait, en plein centre de la ville avec beaucoup de restaurants autour.

Interconnecting rooms for a family of 4 would have made the whole experience perfect, but understandable this is not possible as building is historic.

Lovely hotel, sometimes noisy.
Pros:

The room was beautiful. Large and modern with expensive looking decoration. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, standard buffet breakfast with coffee machine, hot and cold options. The location couldn't have been better, right in the centre of the city with everything in walking distance.

Cons:

There was a church right next door and the bells were very loud, every 15 minutes. The first evening we were woken by people dragging furniture, which we can only assume was from the bar below. This went on for about half an hour, which was quite disruptive.
We were told there was a pool when we arrived, but that we had to let them know when we were planning to go. However, despite staying two nights we couldn't get in there, as we were told it was booked up.
