Pros:

Perfect location, especially if you have a car as there is an underground garage parking, and you’re right in the heart of the pedestrian old town area. Best of both worlds! The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, they even had prosecco and a beautiful dining room.

Cons:

Entering and exiting the garage was a little tricky at first. Just know that you have to get your ticket validated at the front desk every time before you leave. Also, there’s a metal grated garage door that needs to be opened either by calling the front desk from your car, or a passenger can get out of the car and walk a ways to get to the other side to push a button on the wall.

Izvrsno iskustvo uz pohvale osoblju hotela.
Pros:

Iznad svega - ljubaznost i uslužnost osoblja je izvrsna. Pohvale svim zaposlenicima u hotelu. Lokacija je vrhunska. Doručak je jako dobar - velika je raznolikost i svatko može naći nešo za sebe. Osim vega navedenog, želim naglasiti i čistoću koja je dostojna ovakvog objekta. Koristila sam i bazen - pohvaljujem sadržaj.

Cons:

Sitnice: tašison u hodniku (kad se ide u sobu) ima fleke, stolica u blagovaonici se sjećam iz svog djetinjstva (a imam 64 godine 😂). Sve su to stvari koje nisu pokvarile moje zadovoljstvo s hotelom.

Pros:

Wir hatten im Zimmer etwas vergessen und wurden nach unserer Abreise entsprechend telefonisch informiert. Alle Beteiligten im Hotel waren sehr bemüht - auch nach unserem Aufenthalt- alles in die Wege zu leiten, um unsere vergessenen Sachen zu bekommen.
Ehrlichkeit - was wir erfahren haben- wird in diesem Haus groß geschrieben!!
