Cons:

Obtaining an invoice for our stay was impossible. Took about a week and the staff still have not sent an appropriate receipt for our stay. We need it for our employer. Bookings.com had to help us twice with this matter and the staff at this hotel do not seem to be informed they are responsible for pro iding receipts. Will not visit this location again.

Highly Recommended
Pros:

At everything single booking, I sent a request for a ground floor room due to a disability to all hotels. This location was the only one who genuinely showed care and concern. I did not just get a ground floor room, I got a room for people with disabilities. I was for the first time since leaving home on our trip able to independently bathe!
The room was impressive, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Hands down the best stay! Highly recommend.

Rooms newly renovated , bathrooms updated and very clean. Perfect for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Standard continental breakfast with no hot items available, Toast, muffins and cold cereals. Tea, coffee, and cold juices available as well as fresh fruit and yogurt.

Cons:

The property is a 2 story building with no elevator. If you have a problem using stairs you must make sure to request a room on the first floor when making your reservation.

Excellent Good Night Sleep
Pros:

Surroundings of the location were quiet at night, also no noise from neighbouring rooms. Except slamming doors once neighbours started leaving/going for breakfast in the morning.
Beds were very comfortable and room was very large and looked like it was recently renovated. We had an excellent good night sleep.

Cons:

Hotel exterior, reception and breakfast area looks quite basic and not so welcoming at first glance. The room though was much better than what those other areas suggested.
