Foi cobrada uma diária extra por conta da minha filha sendo que na reserva especifiquei dois adultos e 1 jovem pois no próprio aplicativo do booking 15 anos eles colocam como criança. Na reserva pelo app cobraram para 2 adultos e jovem de 15 anos. Chegando lá fui informada que ela teria que pagar 1 diária extra pois o booking tem regra diferente do hotel. Deveria estar alinhado com o booking. Eu reservei pelo aplicativo pela segurança e tive que pagar 139 euros na hora, me disseram la que sao 3 adultos e nao 2 adultos e 1 jovem, no app tem a opção da idade e depois que coloquei o valor foi cobrado e pago e lá tive esse gasto extra, absurdo.
Sem contar que paga 50 de calção e depois quando paguei o extra dela paguei mais 50 da parte dela e ainda não devolveram. Já fazem 2 dias.

Cama super confortável

Cons:

Banheiro fedido, não tinha sabão para as mãos, aquecedor não funcionava, ventilador não funcionava, elevador lento, tive que pagar mais um quarto porque a política do hotel diz que crianças acima de 3 anos é considerado adulto e isso não está escrito não política do hotel no booking. Ou seja saiu super caro, corredores fedendo a cigarros. Funcionário educadíssimo, mas não pode fazer nada para melhor algo porque o chefe não autorizou. Usei 7h de estadia e tive que pagar por dois quartos.

The staff were really kind staff called bow and a young lady called Sarah and the lady manager very nice lady always ready to help the customer for extra help and things we need there was a nice young man at reception it was really hot and I begged him for a fan and he made my wish come true by the way there's no AC in this hotel they made me comfortable and really helped me I think he was a young chap. Can you checked me in and the room was a bit crossedophobic very I thought to myself what have I done what I have I booked like this waited 10 minutes felt really sick I have to go downstairs and explain to the guy this is the magic guy and he did it and he fixed everything for me change the room over and within minutes I had hope he made must stay comfortable very comfortable the problem was they had a big room nice big bed and in top of that bed there was like a bunk bed like a big king bed and there was another king bed but there was no mattress but metal meshing and I thought if I'm gonna get up I might bang my head in blah blah blah and then I thought the I can't do this you know what I'm saying so yeah

The staff was very helpful also very well spoken, the beds seem to be exceptionally comfortable! Nice hot shower

THE LIFT! There should be a time scale maybe 12 until 8 where you can’t use the lift only under certain circumstances!! The walls vibrate very loudly as the lift comes past the constant banging of the lift door is enough too drive anyone insane who is just trying too relax, I also didn’t like the fact you are not aloud working girls or aloud too smoke on the balcony
