Sweet Hotel in Rome
Pros:

This hotel is lovely. Our room was a little small but workable. It was clean, and decorated beautifully. The service was top notch and the location was fabulous. Walkable to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps as well as shopping. Close to public transportation too.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. The AC was much appreciated during our July stay with daytime temps near 100F!

I had an unexpected stay at this hotel after suffering an accident in Rome and spending an entire day at the hospital. I arrived injured, exhausted, and worried, but from the moment I checked in, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for.

Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind and professional. The reception team was compassionate and always ready to help, the housekeeping staff was thoughtful and attentive, and the restaurant staff was friendly and caring throughout my stay.

Their kindness made a difficult situation much easier to cope with, and I will always remember the warmth and humanity I experienced here.

Thank you to the entire team for making me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Five stars, without a doubt.

Beautiful small hotel with warmth all around
Pros:

Beautiful small hotel with warmth all around. The staff were the highlight of our stay, everyone from the front desk, breakfast ladies, our room keeper and especially the bar keep, were all very pleasant people. The room was small but beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A nice 3 star hotel
Pros:

Small hotel , service was ok. Room ok, nice breakfast, I would rate at 3 stars.
Unfortunately we paid a very high price on Booking by mistake, double what it should have been and no comeback so be careful.

Check the price WELL ! I got severely BURNT here !!!
Pros:

Booked 2 rooms for 2 couples at this hotel about 3 weeks prior to the actual date. I thought the price was 600 Euros in total, but in fact was 600 Euros per room per night ! Noticed this only after payment went automatically through, which was 24 hr prior to checking in. During check-in, I mentioned to the unhelpful Suraj at the desk that the price seemed extremely high. His claim was that the price was quite normal and I quickly understood that it was pointless continuing the conversation. The room itself was OK, nothing special for 600 Euros per night ! Breakfast was good with enthusiastic and helpful staff. Location is OK, on a busy street with the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps 10 min walk away. Prices on booking seem to be currently ~$250 per night. Be very careful concerning prices when booking here !!! I will remember this place for being totally ripped off which left a very sour taste after fantastic week outside Rome.

Pros:

Fabulous location very central
Nice and quiet
Very comfortable bed
Good powerful shower

Cons:

The room was a bit small and felt a bit pokey.
The terrace whilst nice didn’t really have a view you can’t really see over the wall.
I had to pay 60 euros extra a night for the terrace room. I left a night early for personal reasons and so I asked if they could forgo the extra money for the terrace because I have left early but they refused and still charged me. The reception men were a bit like strict school masters
