Pros:

Genel manada temizdi. Konum olarak san Marco ve otobüs duraklarına bir miktar uzak ancak murano ve burano'ya gitmek için iyi bir konumda. Eskiden manastır olan bir yermiş. O tarihi atmosferde konaklamak ayrı bir deneyimdi. Çalışanlar genel manada güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Yağmur yağdığı için şemsiye sorduk. Markete yönlendirildik. ücreti dahilinde temin edilmesini beklerdim. Sırılsıklam olduk. Odamızda tuvaleti su bastı. Çok miktarda değildi. Sonrasında temizlediler ve bir daha olmadı.

Quiet location & spacious room – but they ignored the Do Not Disturb signs
Pros:

Hotel itself was in reasonably "quiet" part of the city, but not too far from main tourist points in Venice. Room was on the more spacious side for the price.

Cons:

Even though the room had not one but two “Do Not Disturb” buttons, and we had both switched on because we did not want the room cleaned during our short stay, the room was cleaned anyway. We specifically did not want this, as we were only staying for two nights.

Great stay in a quieter and relaxed part of the city
Pros:

Staff very friendly and peaceful setting. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom door fell off hinges on our last night and nobody available to fix until the next morning.

Maravilloso hotel mal insonorizado

El personal super amable , dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, con mención especial a Shantal. El hotel es muy bonito y en una buena ubicación , pero muy mal insonorizado y más aún si te tocan unos vecinos de habitación que hablen alto ...
olvídate de dormir. En nuestro caso , nos ayudaron a cambiar de habitación a la 1.30 de la madrugada. Cogimos una habitación de Luxe , preciosa con vistas al canal , pero mala insonorización.

Los vecinos de habitación parece que están contigo alojados. Mal insonorización.

Fast perfekt, Keine Kaffeekapseln, nur löslicher Kaffee

Sehr schön gelegen, sehr großes Zimmer. Wir hatten die Junior Suite. Tolle Lage. Schône Aussicht auf den Kanal.

Cons:

Wenn man eine Suite bucht und eine Kaffee Maschine mit Kapseln vorhanden ist, aber man auch auf Nachfrage nur löslichen Kaffee angeboten bekommt, ist das gerade für Italien schon sehr armselig. Den.ansonsten nahezu perfekten Eindruck damit zerstört dass man ein paar Euro an Kaffeekapseln gespart hat. Wir hätten wahrscheinlich auch im Supermarkt welche kaufen können, aber das habe ich dann auch nicht eingesehen.

Nice boutique hotel
Pros:

Shantal in reception was great. Hotel is quiet and room decent size. The decor is tasteful and things like beamed ceilings and muted earthy colour tones give the hotel a nice atmosphere and relaxing vibe. Like the Ahava toiletries.

Cons:

Would not have room 101 again. Too noisy outside. Also got bitten by a resident mosquito. Be good to have more English speaking movie channels and the ability to play Netflix

Hair dryers too weak. A lady with long hair would struggle to dry it.

Bon séjour au calme
Pros:

emplacement proche des transports collectifs et des commerces , taille de la chambre et des lits, lits confortables, environnement calme.

Cons:

paroi de douche non étanche, capsules de café insuffisantes (2), 1 carafe d'eau pour les 3 nuits de séjour insuffisante, carafe enlevée le 2 ème jour alors qu'elle n'était pas vide, pas de véritable vestiaire ( quelques cintres accrochés )
