We managed to get thought it. Would not stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible. Beds were great. Carpet in Room was filthy as was the shower.

Carpets need cleaning. Shower needs maintenance.

Everything. Great location for visiting Grimsby and that part of the Niagara Peninsula. Very good breakfast and breakfast area, looked after by a lady who does a wonderful job. Very comfortable room with all the needed amenities, including microwave and fridge. We stay there every time we are in the area.
