La comida estaba muy bien, y el personal era maravilloso.

El hotel, en general, está bien. Los bufés son variados y cada día están ambientados en la gastronomía de un país diferente, algo que hace que las comidas sean más entretenidas. Aunque hay aspectos que podrían mejorar, la oferta es bastante amplia.
Dispone de dos piscinas, gimnasio abierto las 24 horas y una sala de recreativos (las máquinas son de pago). El personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La habitación era correcta, con una terraza de tamaño normal.
Nos alojamos aquí durante cinco días buscando tranquilidad y desconexión, pero este hotel está claramente orientado a familias y a clientes con régimen de todo incluido. Desde primera hora de la mañana ya había personas consumiendo alcohol y un ambiente muy festivo que, simplemente, no era lo que buscábamos.
Las piscinas cuentan con música alta, DJ, animación y actividades durante gran parte del día. El primer día nos despertó una fiesta en la piscina con un volumen excesivo, ya que nuestra habitación daba directamente a esa zona. Además, durante nuestra estancia hubo bastante ruido tanto de día como de noche, con huéspedes ebrios, peleas en habitaciones cercanas y mucho jaleo en las zonas comunes.
El buffet se llenaba mucho, por lo que a última hora (sobre las 21:00) ya se notaba el desgaste: algunas bandejas estaban muy desordenadas y la limpieza podía ser mejor.
En cuanto a la habitación, aunque era correcta, las almohadas nos resultaron bastante incómodas. También encontramos algunos detalles de mantenimiento mejorables, como zonas de la ducha con óxido y la silicona aplicada de forma poco cuidadosa. Otro aspecto que nos molestó bastante fue un ruido constante, similar a un zumbido eléctrico o a una descarga, que no cesaba en ningún momento. Aunque no era muy fuerte, al escucharse de forma continua resultaba bastante incómodo, especialmente por la noche, y dificultaba la sensación de descanso.
En definitiva, si buscas un hotel con ambiente, animación, actividades para familias y un todo incluido muy activo, probablemente sea una buena opción. Sin embargo, si lo que quieres es descansar, relajarte o celebrar una ocasión especial, personalmente no lo recomendaría, ya que el ambiente está muy enfocado al ocio y la animación constante.

Stayed here for the first time and the hotel was beautiful. However, some things dissatisfied me abit. Firstly, no toilets outside, this meant that you have to walk from pool side all the way inside wich is abit of a game when ur soaking wet as your not allowed in wet
Secondly, we arrived late saturday night and missed tea time we was told they had a late arrival buffet in the restaurant wich was just fruit and bread however the bread was stale.
so on the last day we was getting picked up around 5PM so i walked in the restaurant so i can take back my dinner that i missed the first day and i felt uncomfortable and left my food because the lady let me in and she knew i was leaving late that day so as i sat with my food the restaurant manager ( i think it was anyways bald guy) he came over and was understanding but was told no longer a guest after checkout wich i think is stupid check-in should be when you arrive so reason why i left my food was because of how uncomfortable i was
Thirdly i understand half board means just breakfast and tea with one drink the free drink was one water then you have to pay for the next glass of water. In my opinion you shouldn’t have to pay for water as i’ve never known anywhere like it as it’s essential.
Entertainment could’ve been abit better during the night as 2 out of 7 nights there was only a singer on and the indoor bar could’ve been opened as outdoor bar was extremely busy
and finally the food, it was nice however some parts of the food wasn’t cooked and looked near enough the same food every night
However the hotel was beautiful and maintained and the rooms were very clean and staff was friendly
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel rooms spotless beds really comfortable food good always something to eat drinks good only down fall not much entertainment at night
