Pros:

Extremely good location, right next to the Plaza Mayor (main square). Even though some reviews complained about the noise, the double windows ensured that we didn't have any issues.

Cons:

The booking.com page claims that there is also free bicycle rental, but when asked about it at the reception they claimed that it was not the case. As of "2026-03-13" it states: "It offers free bicycle rental and rooms with free WiFi".

We also found that the aircon did not really do anything, but luckily it wasn't too hot during our stay and we could open up the windows to cool the room down.

La ubicación, sin duda, es lo mejor. Junto con el desayuno, excelente por variedad, calidad de los productos y lugar (con vistas a la Plaza)

Cons:

Supongo que otro tipo de habitaciones serán más grandes y con más comodidades. En nuestro caso, la habitación era la económica y resulta un tanto pequeña. Pero si solo vas a dormir, es una opción muy buena. Compensa por la ubicación y el resto de servicios.

Cons:

El precio de los hoteles en Salamanca siempre es caro. La habitación doble simple que teníamos estoy seguro que antes era una individual, pero ahora le han puesto una cama doble (con uno de los lados contra la pared) y casi no hay sitio ni para vestirse... Íbamos de boda y fue complicado adecentarnos bien, que el baño también era un poco pequeño.

The balcony overlooking the mighty Plaza Mayor! The hotel has old charm and character, and an affordable stay.

Cons:

The room and especially the bathroom pretty worn out. Needed some help to get the shower to work :D

La atención de la recepción ,el desayuno y lo cerca a la plaza Mayor

La habitación es muy pequeña y no era lo que vi en la foto era más grande, el colchón muy blando por mi dolor de espalda el baño no muy limpio y la mampara de la bañera estaba suelta

No volvería a no ser a otra habitación más grande.

La ubicación y el personal muy bien.

Cons:

Es la habitación más pequeña en la que he estado nunca. Una cama de matrimonio con un lado pegado a la pared con lo que eso implica de incomodidad.
La tele encima de la puerta, eso hace una idea del tamaño.

Necesita reforma ya!
Al estar en zona peatonal no puedes llegar con el coche para descargar maletas
No es práctico. Abstenerse personas mayores y con movilidad reducida
