Location was excellent. Breakfast, particularly egg station was good apart from wasps around honey and drink dispensers! So close to so many amazing restaurants and travel further south to amazing Warungs.

Simply put, there was nothing about the resort that disappointed us
Pros:

The resort's location was ideal, offering convenient access to the beach as well as a variety of nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our stay. Each morning featured a wide variety of fresh fruits, local dishes, and made-to-order selections.

Cons:

The only thing that we disliked was we couldn't stay longer.

Very disappointing that nobody is effectively managing this hotel. I left early.
Pros:

Staff very courteous and polite, but ineffective at problem resolution.

Cons:

I checked out halfway through my stay as I was so disappointed and had to join a queue of other guests who were complaining.
