Disappointed.....
Pros:

Ms. Anis was the only understanding and cooperative person there , others were horrible.

Cons:

Place , cleanliness, smell , food , quality was disappointing, and price was a rip-off , now I understand they charge one night incase of cancellation, apparently the cancellation fee is there bread and butter, or they might be giving other customers way less rates and in this case they will never be on my list, with this amount anyone can get a much better service and facilities somewhere else, they simply ruined our vacation.

Good value for money on the beach
Pros:

Great location right on the beach and close to lots of nice restaurants.
Room was comfortable and close to rear exit restaurant and swimming pool.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent facility, very clean, very friendly/helpful staff and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Included buffet breakfast has enormous amounts of selection to cater for all tastes. Food and drinks were excellent. Dining area has inside and outside tables.

Cons:

My only issue, and it is a minor one, is, the pool is starting to look a bit shabby in places. There are a few tiles missing here and there. However, this does not affect the use or e joyment of the area.
