The hotel lobby is bright. As soon as we arrived at the hotel the staff was welcoming and helpful. We arrived way too early to check in (3 pm after being on a cruise), but were showed to a secure luggage storage area and was given so much useful information. It was about a 15 minute walk to Sagrada Famiglia, but that’s also because we were taking pictures. The rooms are very spacious and there were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. Everything was clean and neat. The hotel also has a rooftop patio area with a lovely view of the Sagrada Famiglia. There are lounge chairs to just relax. There is a buffet breakfast available for $9 euro, but honestly we enjoyed a little bakery (2 minute walk sand was recommended by staff) with delicious pastries, sandwiches and coffee. There are also wonderful dinner spots within 20 minute walking. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and friendly staff. They helped us so much with information and getting us cabs .
Had a great experience at this hotel, we arrived early & asked to store our luggage, the staff were very friendly & helpful & the room was ready so we were allowed to check in early. The room & bathroom were clean & tidy with good views from the window. Don't forget to check out the lovely roof top views including the Sagrada Familia. Breakfast was very good with continental choices & hot food.
The only negative I found were the roadworks outside in the square which started at 7.30am & obviously the hotel have no control over those. We would happily stay again.
Foi tudo excelente! A localização é ótima, muito perto da Sagrada Família e de vários metrôs. Café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários muito simpáticos (em Barcelona isso não é mt comum kkk)

La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, a unas cuadras de la Sagrada Familia. Tiene alrededor restaurantes y tiendas, honestamente muy buena relación caldad-precio. El staff muy amable y te ayudan en todo. Tienen lockers para guardar tus maletas.

Výborná lokalita - blizko k Sagrade, k Passeig de Gracia, metro blizko, autobusy blizko.
Tešila som sa na raňajkách na "churos s čokoládou", typické pre španielske raňajky. Nedočkala som sa. Nie je to rozhodujúce, dáte si ich kdekoľvek vonku, ale mohli by to doplniť.😉
The location was good.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Terrace was not the best, couldn’t move the sun beds.
My room was located on the top floor by the lift and there was a clicking noise every time it was in use.
I could hear conversation of people in the next room.
Shortage and of bowls for breakfast cereal. A lot of plates were chipped.
Room was not cleaned properly. A dead fly was on the floor and still in the same place the following day.
Shower tray was very slippery.

サグラダファミリアに近いだけでなく、目の前にカフェと併設しているコインランドリーやスーパー、その他バルセロナ内の観光地へ歩きや地下鉄で行けるなどアクセスは良好でした。また、ベッドの柔らかさもちょうど良く、バスタブもあるので日本人には嬉しい設備でした。
Wi-Fiの接続に手間取ったり、YouTube視聴中に途中でローディングに時間がかかるなど、ネットワーク環境は改善してほしい気持ちでした。
