Door didn’t work properly, it gets stuck half of the time and it also could be shoved open while locked easily, and you can’t use the other locks unless you are inside, so my stuff always didn’t feel safe. There are bed bugs, I woke up with marks from them.

Loud people next door and there was hair on my bed

Pictures were VERY misleading.

Room was dirty, boogers on the walls, abandoned crashed vehicles in lot, cars with bullet holes, walls black, beds too small. Waited almost 20 minutes for front desk to get there. Took 10 minutes to get into room keys didn’t work. Pool broken. Then told me no refunds because I refuse to stay in such filth. Sent me to a sister property 10 minutes away. Which was a little better.

Wi-Fi would often drop on computer, this was a bit annoying. Solved it using a VPN, but everybody might not have one. Of course the hotel have other imperfections (noise and overall quality as other comments say), but given the price I could easily ignore them.

I arrived around 3:20pm for my check in that was supposed to start at 3pm. I had had my reservation for months, so it was no surprise I was coming. I had to wait until 4:45pm for them to check me into a room, which was not even the style of room I had booked, but at thst point, I would take anything. The room itself was very run down, clean enough, but at some point someone had busted a bottle of red nail polish all over the floor and toilet of the bathroom, so it looked like...unsavory things had happened there.... this is when I will bring up about the bathroom that the shower just didn't work...i didn't find this out until the next morning when I went to go get ready for the day. I ended up just having to bird bath it in the tub. The crowning jewel of my stay was when at around midnight, as I lay in my bed I had someone FULLY OPEN MY DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, because then had not noted properly that they had given me that room to appease me for my hour and a half check in wait. They had given someone a key to that room because it showed unoccupied in their system, luckily I had the chain on and a chair in front of the door, but this was terrifying!

I stayed there for 6 days, there was no room service. After repeatedly asking for room service no one came.

Building appears worn out, lifts have graffiti, large empty spaces on ground level.

Incomplete bad quality breakfast, no fruit nor yogurt, lights in the room dont work and doors close in unsecure way. Reported and fixed wrongly on the day.

I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned without me telling the staff. I stayed for 8 days, but had to request cleaning twice to get a cleaned room once.

It is really old building and the elevator is as old as the building, however it worked just fine. When you check in the lobby is not attractive. And old building always have a certain smell to it but it was clean and the staff was very nice.
