Fine except for the outage. Is all of the construction to code I wonder ? I walk with a cane.
Pros:

Bed and staff were wonderful.
The Grid power outage was a huge challenge with no apparent prep on behalf of the hotel .
They did finally send staff to help us get down the four flights of stairs and were most pleasant about it but we couldn't even reach the front desk by phone and no announcements to let everyone know what was going on....?fire outage ?????

OK for one night if needing close to airport. Value not best
Pros:

Location to airport and walking to restaurants good. Airport shuttle very good.

Cons:

Hotel very noisy with road & airport traffic. Needs a face lift on rooms. Furniture old & tired, bathroom sink stained with chipped porcelain. Shower very slippery. Promise of Welcome Basket never arrived & given incorrect information about Airport Shuttle times. Charged extra to check in at Noon even when rooms available. Given Handicap Room makes it difficult for bathroom use. This was not the reservation room booked.

Decent accommodations for what we needed.
Pros:

Room was fine for the short amount of time we spent there. Grateful for the early morning shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

The price was horrendous because of the World Cup (we did t know when we booked that the WC was happening). We were gouged.

Great customer service
Pros:

Hotel has amazing customer service. We had great interactions at front desk with Clara who was incredibly kind! The hotel is clean and has great amenities. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!

Ok but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The shuttle was easy to navigate and the driver informative and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly. It was across the street from Tim Hortons which is why I booked it.

Cons:

We had a bad experience at Moxies, the restaurant affiliated with the hotel. The staff were abrupt and rude. They offered to find us a seat then did not return and left us hanging. We were then told to go to another entrance and wait at the end of the line up. Not exactly what you need after a 14 hour flight.
