The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.

When rooms booked for 2 adults and 1 child, breakfast and dinner are not included in the advertised rates for children and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast 5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids dinner menu is also available.

Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

A wonderful few nights in London
Pros:

Lovely room in a quiet location, 10 mins walk to St Paul’s Cathedral. Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast very good, lots of choice and cooked fresh.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, boca de metro a 2 min andando del hotel y parada de bus a 5 min que te lleva a Oxford Street en menos de 20 min. Buen tamaño de la habitación y buena climatización.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la ducha de la habitación que hacia imposible usarla y pese a reportarlo en recepción no le dieron solución durante la estancia; en mi opinión, mal servicio de su lado, sabían que teníamos 2 habitaciones contiguas, y no pusieron interés en solucionarlo ya que tal y como me comunicaron, al menos teníamos operativa la ducha de la otra habitación. Puedes reclamar al hacer el check out, pero al final el pago ya lo tienes bloqueado desde el inicio de la estancia, así que hay que pagar aunque no te hayan facilitado el servicio por el que has pagado.
