The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
When rooms booked for 2 adults and 1 child, breakfast and dinner are not included in the advertised rates for children and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast 5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids dinner menu is also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Location was ok with available parking.
The Shower faucet in the room was loose and faulty. The water temperature could not be maintained.
After reporting this to reception, the Hotel Manager visited my room, stood in my shower with her shoes on and then failed to fix the problem or offer an alternative room. She offered me a refund if I left the room and found alternative accommodation for the evening which was obviously not viable as we had tickets to a Theatre performance within 2 hours. On check out I was offered a 25% discount, which I declined and settled on a 50% reduction. The attitude of the Hotel Manager was rude and she basically made me feel as if I was overreacting and should accept these conditions.
Overall it spoilt the experience and I will not be staying at the hotel ever again.
Prima hotel op een geweldige lokatie- in een doodlopende straat met een aangenaam park vlak voor de deur. 2 metroconnecties liggen op wandelafstand. Ook in de buurt verschillende leuke bars en restaurants. Wij zijn fan van dit hotel! Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aangename kamers en ruime badkamers.

Great location, one street back from busy London but it felt like you were in a quiet little town. Beautiful square. Close to the tube. Modern clean hotel.

The room was very clean, well equipped and spacious. The breakfast offered had lots of choice to suit everyone. The location was great for the Barbican Theatre and close to a tube station. Overall, we were highly delighted with the accommodation and hope to visit again in the near future.
The surrounding area was a little run down in places but this is no reflection on the hotel with was excellent.
it was our 2nd stay , love where the hotel is situated as it is very central for lots of attractions ,very quiet hotel which we love ,room adequate for our needs ,loved the drink vouchers you receive if you dont have your room cleaned daily great idea , shower spacious and refreshing, very relaxed hotel ,staff very friendly and welcoming, food is very good ,also has an outside space just to sit and chill definitely will be visiting again 😀
only 1 of the staff when we checked in on the friday 10th wasn't rude in anyway but apart from all the other staff wasn't particularly very welcoming

We booked a deluxe suite for two nights. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped with quslity bedfing, towels etc for a comfortable stay.
The staff were very pleasant although some seemed inexperienced but this did not detract from their willingness to be helpful.
Our breakfast exoerience was very good.
We were visiting London for a specific purpose - Wimbledon Tennis Tournament & so intended to dine in the hotel for early nights sleep. My sister has stayed in this hotel previously on many occasions with work.
It disappoints me to say that the evening meal on both occasions was dreadful.
We opted for 'Steak Night'. The starter was ok. The steak was just adequate. We paid extra to upgrade to 'truffle & parmesan' fries.
These were clearly frozen fries burnt to a crisp - as I put my fork into them they literally splintered across the table. When brought to the waitresses attention she was very apologetic but said that the chef hadn't finished training! Yes, really!
On the following night we were late from our days activities & too tiired to go out, so decided to risk a pizza on room service. Again burnt to a crisp, dry, and clearly the lowest product quality.
It saddens me to give such a review to a brand that has been built on a solid reputation of quality over many years but the food served to us over the two days we stayed, clearly is a reputational risk and frankly just not good enough.
I intended to give feedback at reception on checking out but was not even asked how our stay had been & since i had a taxi waiting decided not to bother.
Sorry Malmaison, you have some serious issues to address if you want to maintain past standards & reputation.
