When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
When rooms booked for 2 adults and 1 child, breakfast and dinner are not included in the advertised rates for children and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast 5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids dinner menu is also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Excellent service, great location, and the room was very comfortable. Victor checked us in and couldn't have been more helpful. He is a credit to the hotel.
Excellent. Francesca on reception was particularly helpful on our arrival , especially re parking, giving us a nicer room and breakfast. Victor also helpfully facilitated looking after our luggage after check out. Would stay again, definitely
Friendly staff, quite area, easy access to public transportation, clean room, great bathroom and shower settings.
The temperature in the room was hot despite keeping the air condition on 24/7. The pillows were not comfortable.

Comfortable stay at the Malmaison in London. The lady at checkin was so friendly and helpful - the room was great and importantly for me - there was virtually no noise around me so slept well.

The bed was very comfortable.
The staff were very helpful.
It was useful having a fridge in the room.
Breakfast -the options weren't very healthy and it was difficult to get the food I requested. I asked for two grilled(half) tomatoes on toast and mushrooms. The waiter said I could do toast for myself, but changed his mind when he saw I wasn't impressed. I got half a grilled tomato and 1 leathery mushroom, on toast. The next day I asked for two grilled tomatoes on brown toast. I got one grilled tomato on white toast. I asked another waiter and he was very helpful and immediately got me another grilled tomato. On the third day it didn't seem worth the struggle and I just had cereals.
The adjustable free standing mirror at the desk in the bedroom didn't adjust; it just pointed at the ceiling, so was unusable until I found a way of wedging it with the coffee machine pod holder.
The room was grey, and quite dark and dour, not in a restful way.
I would like to say my big thank you for a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Ahmed. Breakfast was 10 out of 10.

We stayed at Malmaison for an anniversary celebration & it was fantastic! Comfy rooms, prime location for Fabric, and the team were so friendly & welcoming.
Kash went out of her way to make our stay special, she is truly lovely and could not have been nicer! We had such a laugh checking in with her, she was so friendly!
The hotel also organised a cute surprise for us in our room which was really thoughtful. Absolutely wonderful here, very much recommend & huge thanks to Kash!
Perfect location, clean and large enough rooms.
Check-in and check-out proceedings were unnecessarily complicated.
Violetta on reception was exceptional. She was extremely welcoming, attentive, professional and helpful. Although she must see dozens of people every day she made me feel highly valued as a customer and as an individual.
My room was lovely, so comfortable with a fabulous shower. I slept very well in the bed, very comfortable and lovely bed linen.
I will definitely return, it's my favourite hotel I have stayed at in London.
The breakfast probably wasn't worth the money for me as I have a fairly small appetite. If you're a hearty eater it would be good value!
Thank you so much to Camilla and all the team at the Malmaison London who made our wedding a dream! Nothing was too much trouble and everything went without a glitch. The pre wedding assistance of Camilla was exceptional, and on the day all the staff went above and beyond and were fantastic , no stress, no negatives and we cannot thank you enough for making it all happen. Amazing food, amazing staff and amazing venue.
Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly. Overall good facility. The beds were very comfortable!
The rooms were far too hot. We couldn't sleep from the heat. We even asked for 2 fans which the staff brought to us right away, but they didn't help much.
