The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
When rooms booked for 2 adults and 1 child, breakfast and dinner are not included in the advertised rates for children and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast 5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids dinner menu is also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

The room was a good size clean and had decent facilities
The staff were lovely and I was able to check in early. Love this part of London.
There was a bad smell in my room on arrival. I left the window open for the duration of my stay.
There was a loud whining air filter/ air con/ heat pump noise throughout the night which prevented me sleeping. I removed my room card to deactivate power in the room but it made no difference.
I wasn't warned that the gates to the square would be locked at night or told there was another way in. I found it in the end... but a bit disconcerting as a lone female in the small hours.
