Excellent Hyatt stay
Pros:

Excellent attentive staff. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional. This should easily be a 4 star hotel. Free parking and breakfast included. Well worth be your hotel airport go to.

Genuinely enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

A wonderful and very spacious place to stay! We stayed for a few days while moving our freshman at Colorado College into the dorm. Will absolutely recommend this hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming!

Great place to stay, enjoyed green chili every morning and very clean!
Pros:

Location was great, drive time was approx 14-15 to major shopping and restaurants. We loved the breakfast every morning, green chili on top of eggs were amazing!!! Coffee and hot tea bar was nice to have any time! Very clean, always noticed staff cleaning. Workout area is nice and so are the laundry facilities.

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The swimming pool was humid and makes loud echo noises while the kids play which makes it hard to hear other people talking.

Not what we Expected From A Hyatt
Pros:

Smelly dirty room. The elevator was broken and had been for days. The baggage cart had a broken wheel so had to be pushed hard to get it to move. And the desk attendant was extremely rude.

Temporary home for a PCS
Pros:

Enough room for a family of four and a pet to love while transitioning during a PCS move. Located close to all the resources I needed, decently short commute to FCCO, and a pleasant place to stay. The room is nice, the kitchenette is well made and stocked with basic cooking tools. I would stay again given the option.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and everything worked as expected. The receptionists were both very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Breakfast and airport shuttle service a plus!!
