L’hôtel est bien situé et facile d’accès depuis les points principaux de la zone sud de Rio.
Tout d’abord, la procédure d’arrivée est longue car tout les personnes qui viennent dans l’hôtel même pour vous rendre visite doivent remplir un tas d’informations…
Ensuite les chambres ne sont pas munies de smart tv en 2026 c’est assez choquant pour un hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles. Dans ma chambre il n’y avait pas de prises électriques à côté du lit… la plus proche était tellement loin qu’il fallait se lever pour utiliser son téléphone. J’ai été assez dessus aussi que les rideaux de la chambre ne tiennent pas bien la lumière car ils sont tout simplement cassés. L’isolation n’est pas non plus le point fort des chambres j’entendais des conversations tout à fait normales traverser les murs de la chambre. La réception est vite débordée il manque peut être d’effectif le peu de fois où j’ai dû aller j’ai dû attendre au minimum 10min avant d’être pris en charge.

O café da manhã é bom. Sentimos falta do pão de queijo e de bolos mais gostosos. A localização é ótima. O bairro não dorme. A estação Siqueira Campos é em frente ao hotel e tem policiamento 24 horas.
