Absolutnie wszystko było wyjątkowe. Zaczynając od obsługi, przez niespodziankę w postaci zamiany pokoju na apartament z okazji moich urodzin, po pyszne śniadanie z kieliszkiem proseco oraz ciastem i życzeniami od obsługi. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, komfortowy i przestronny apartament.
Zdecydowanie Hotel Haffner i jego wspaniała obsługa zrobiły mi dzień za co bardzo dziękuję. Będę długo i miło wspominać ten pobyt🌷🥰

Super comfy bed & a blissful spa! Also enjoyed an evening meal in the Michelin star restaurant & then cocktails in the piano bar. Staff at check in were super friendly, efficient & accommodated our request for a quiet room & early check in - thank you! 🙏

Cons:

We rented bikes direct from hotel however, even though we booked the previous day for a 10am collection - when we arrived in reception to collect them they weren’t ready. We waited outside for the porter to bring them for ages - going into reception 3x to ask how much longer to keep being told 5 more minutes! When they did eventually arrive one had flat tyres & the bike seats needed an aln key to adjust height & they didn’t bring the aln key! 😩 We eventually left hotel at 11.15am - really disappointed as this was our only full day in Sopot it spoiled our morning. Thankfully the hotel didn’t charge for the bike hire as a gesture of goodwill which we were grateful for but we would subsequently recommend using a local bike hire company rather than booking from hotel if you’re looking to hire bikes whilst in Sopot. This was disappointing as everything else about this hotel was spot on! Don’t let this minor setback put you off booking here though as the hotel is very high standard & staff were excellent.

Hotel jest dobrze położony, a sam obiekt sprawia dobre wrażenie.

Cons:

Brak jasnej informacji na Booking.com, że liczba miejsc parkingowych jest ograniczona i że parking należy wcześniej rezerwować. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że nie ma dostępnego miejsca, co było dużym problemem organizacyjnym. Reakcja osoby w recepcji była niezbyt pomocna.

Flott beliggenhet, rent og pent, hyggelig personale, fantastisk frokost. Spaet var fint og treningsrommet hadde det man trengte. Tredemøllen kan med fordel byttes ut og en bluetoothhøyttaler hadde vært fint. Chromecast på rommet var et pluss og egen putemeny var morsomt og overraskende bra.
